I am quite guilty of procrastinating about writing a review for Easy Does It Waste Disposal, and I apologize to them for my lassitude. Over a year ago now, I hired them to remove some large items, and Dane and his wife were AMAZING to work with. They cut up an old play house with a SawzAll and took it out in pieces through our narrow side gate. I forget all of the other details, but I do recall that we had some extra stuff that I hadn't included in the scope of work. Someone suggested that I ask Dane if he'd take that, too, and I thought that wouldn't be fair to add on more stuff beyond what we had agreed upon. What do you know, Dane asked if I wanted that stuff hauled away, too, and he very generously refused any additional pay for it. I guess that's the OPPOSITE of nickel-and-diming a customer, isn't it? When they had finished cutting up the play house they shop-vacuumed the whole area until it was cleaner than when they started. I see that, so far, they've gotten a solid 5-stars from every reviewer. It's no wonder: they have great communication, their pricing is more than fair, they're on time and work fast, they clean up after the job brilliantly, and they're honest and pleasant to work with. Moving into a new house where the previous owners were elderly and had about 30 years off junk and furniture they didn't want. Decided to be a nice guy and told them to leave anything they didn't want behind and I'll take care of it... There's so much junk! Got started but instantly overwhelmed my trash bins and knew I needed the big guns. We were looking into options for furniture removal and other odd little things that we weren't using anymore. With the limitations due to Covid-19, we couldn't use the Salvation Army pickup and we were getting a new couch before we could plan a pickup with Waste Management. Also, I tried another junk removal company, but they weren't going into homes due to the virus concerns. So we tried searching junk removal businesses here on Yelp. I decided to use the messaging option they have and also get multiple quotes. I received immediate responses from three businesses with their quotes. They were all professional, but we ended up going with Dane and his junk removal company. They were very responsive, messaging back and forth about the project. They were personable and approachable when they arrived within the scheduled time frame and because of the Covid-19 concerns from the other junk removal company, we put the furniture outside in our driveway that morning so they didn't have to come inside the house. They appeared to be a husband-wife team, a small business, which we love to support. I will be using them again in the future. We paid them cash, but they accept debit, credit, PayPal, etc, which we appreciated as well. read more
