My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. He wanted me to send him the rudder from my blown boat to use as a template and I did. He said the new rudder would cost $575. I called him month after month and got nowhere. His wife was ill and he was concerned and I understood. Finally he stopped answering the phone and the messages filled up. I wrote him a letter in February of 2015 telling him if he couldn't communicate or make the rudder, at least send me back the rudder for my blown boat. If he was broke send it C.O.D. No response. Imagine my surprise to find him still in business after all this time. This guy cost me a $600 rudder and years of waiting. If his wife died or HE died, will someone PLEASE let me know.
