How is that our problem??? If he was too busy to take our case he sure wasn't too busy to take our money. Oddly, mailbox is still there. He found letter from Klenk dated a year ago. Obviously, staff paid no attention to my update. Don't know if my Aunt Dottie ever received news about her inheritance. She's 104, in a nursing home, and could use a few extra dollars. Of course I contacted them about this, but, as expected, got no reply. Really incompetent front office staff. Uncaring.
