However this is not my first rodeo and $7500 for a basic sprinkler system is ridiculous. He is way over priced and could not justify the $6000 in labor for 1 1/2 work. Sergey and his father came out it to my property within a week of making contact. The job was to reroute my sprinkler system around my ongoing pool construction (which was delayed significantly) to get my plants back to life. They got things working again and addressed the little explosions from the pool plumbing trenching and reconnected 9 of my 16 zones successfully. The other zones were lost under the pool structure. Of the dead wires I was left with 4 dead zones we plan on addressing once the pool is complete. I found Sergey to be communicative via text, he recorded video and photos of the issues which came up, and most importantly adjusted the labor charge lower when we made adjustments to the project. Others wanted pictures of the broken sprinklers before they would come to give an estimate or they charged a flat rate and were much more expensive than SLS. I was able to schedule a time with SLS the following week. Sergey fixed my broken sprinklers and a cracked drip line. He came out to fix my sprinkler timer system (that he ended up replacing with a smart sprinkler system that's really awesome) and also add drip line system and fix a few sprinkler heads and make sure my front and back yard lawn was all in in order since my lawn was starting to die and I couldn't figure it out -- glad I called in a professional and well worth the money. Yelp is the only to go. Serge was here in a couple of hours. I have 12 stations. Major issues last year. Had sixty hours into trying to fix. My main landscape company finally had time to look at and found a lot of the wires had been chewed through. Re wired the entire yard. That lasted until last month. Sls came out and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. We both decided the wiring was ok and it had to be the controller. He went to supply store and came back and the entire problem was solved .
