Chef Ronnie came to our house with his assistant Lisa (I think - sorry!) and they were both just awesome. Ronnie is super down-to-earth and totally friendly. My friends and I were super obnoxious and loud and asking ridiculous questions and he seemed to have fun right along with us. Also, and maybe this should have come first, but his food was also absolutely amazing. He worked with my husband for almost two months coming up with a menu that I would love...and I did. Wow. The first course of a salad was amazing and it just got better from there to the pesto pasta, the shrimp dish, the steak and then two desserts! We were absolutely stuffed. He also left the kitchen cleaner than before he got there! I would highly recommend him. Definitely 5 stars!

To start, he created the most amazing charcuterie board with bacon-wrapped dates, fresh fruit, and a wonderful selection of meats and cheeses. We also enjoyed a delicious caprese salad with buttered toasted baguettes, followed by flavorful chicken masala served with rice, roasted veggies, and naan bread. For dessert, he made my favorite: yellow cake with chocolate frosting, made even more spectacular with fresh whipped cream and berries. Beyond the food, Daniel is so personable and fun--he created a warm, relaxed, and entertaining atmosphere throughout the evening. He even cleaned the kitchen afterwards, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will never forget this experience, and I can't recommend Chef Daniel enough if you want to make your event truly special!

Her charge was to offer advice and tips for "healthy eating on the road". I'm happy to report that Jessica's presentation and the information she provided us was very good! We have a tough crowd of 40-and-50-something men who have strong opinions about (nearly) everything, but the overall consensus was that even those not predispositioned to look for healthy choices found at least one great tip that they can use to help eat healthier while travelling on business. I happen to be a vegetarian so I found Jessica's ideas on skewing food to the plant-based side reassuring, while picking up some really good ideas about things I can do as well. For example, I had no idea smoothies were something I could/should be doing as I had a preconceived notion that they all had sugar syrup in them (I have no idea where I got this idea). Jessica did her homework which I really appreciate. She developed a cool little acronym "S.M.A.S.H" as a memory aid to help remind us some of the best options out there (Smoothies-Market-Asian-Starbucks-Hippie), and she even had a hands-on session where she directed all of us to use our iPhones and search for "SMASH" places using Yelp, Google Maps, Apple Maps, or whatever. Nice! Jessica created a pinata at the end we smashed and found a bunch of healthy snacks inside--even more fun! If you have a need similar to ours, you should consider hiring Jessica to deliver a progressive message about nutrition. Carefully explain your needs and she can customize the message for you as she did for us. Thanks Jessica for the tips and tricks and let's both keep reading and expanding our knowledge about the complicated field of nutrition! --Dave Rasmussen International Paper Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Through our meetings, every time we conversed I learned something new. Jessica is full of great advice and knowledgeable in how to transition and maintain healthy eating habits. She taught me ways to transition from food choices that were full of artificial sugar or heavily processed into ones that are fresh and can easily be made in my own kitchen. I learned how to maintain this new knowledge when eating out with friends and also on holidays, where it is easy to slip into old habits. She has cooked with my family and me on several occasions. We were blown away by how the recipes made us all happy and satisfied. Jessica is personable and approachable, I felt like I received a good perspective of who she is and her story of how she got to living this clean eating style. She is definitely a health professional that I recommend if you are looking to be inspired and coached to a healthier eating lifestyle.

The first was for my husband's surprise birthday dinner. She cooked an exceptional four course meal that my guests and I were completely blown away by. We are still talking about it till this day!! Not only was each plated course beautifully presented, it was truly one of the best meals we've ever had. For my husband's birthday dinner, we started with the hamachi crudo which seamlessly melts in your mouth, followed by The Little Gems Salad which was bursting with so much flavor, then we had filet mignon and shrimp scampi and a few of my guests agreed was the best steak they've ever had, then we ended with a peach crostini and ice cream for dessert which was perfection on a hot summer day! This dinner was EXCEPTIONAL and left my guests with a lasting impression. I was so satisfied with our dining experience that I decided to hire Becky again a few weeks later for my husband and I's wedding anniversary! It was truly a special and memorable dinner for the both of us. Becky did it again! She absolutely delivered and impressed us with another immaculate meal. This time she started our night with a delicious gin and gingerbeer cocktail. Spoiler alert: it was so good, we had a few rounds!! For dinner we had tuna sashimi which was so delicate and had a rich oily flavor, French red oak lettuces salad which was one of the best salads I've ever had, pasta carbonara which was perfectly creamy and delicious, the Snapper filet which was light, crispy, and incredibly flavorful! Lastly, we ended with strawberry shortcake with rose geranium whipped cream and Becky mentioned to us that she grows the geranium herself in her garden. What a treat! It was a lovely dessert and the perfect ending to our night. I can't say enough great things about Becky! She is truly talented and a master of her art.
