Bacon Jam with crostini Salmon with horseradish creme fraiche Speck and Lemon ricotta crostini Salad with really fresh lemon mint vinaigrette Pasta with Pepita basil Pork tenderloin with polenta Pot au Chocolat Guests especially loved the salmon appetizer, the polenta and the pot au chocolat all had nice surprise ingredient additions to them that made them unique. Courtney was on time, served everything at the time requested, presented each course and cleaned up after making it easy to spend time with everyone. Trying to think of another excuse to have a party and we can use her again!

He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Crafted cocktails and excellent service. Every person who was late to my party was sat and had a drink in their hand in less than a few minutes. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Great bartender. The chef messaged me himself, gave me some sample menus, allowed me some flexibility, and quoted me over yelp messaging. After reviewing several offerings , Dyce was the most professional, catering to my palate and accommodating all of my guests needs. Price will vary depending on how you want your menu, I paid about $100 per person but I tipped well over 20% for the fantastic results. The chef hand picked the ingredients day of the service. He gave me live updates on the menu changes given the offerings at the market wasn't up to his standard. A little disappointed but I trusted the chef.     I hired Daniella to help with recovery after a surgery that required a special diet. She made my…read morerecovery as painless as it could be, and I credit her nutritious food with helping me heal faster. Before the surgery, I sent her my doctor-provided list of foods I could and couldn't eat along with my personal preferences. She immediately created a rough template for 3 meals a day, plus snacks. Each morning, she brought my food for the day, and at night after I had finished it all, we would talk or text so that I could give her any feedback. She would adjust the next day's meals, and we did the same process each day for about 10 days. Her food was delicious, made with quality ingredients and packed well. But just as important, she was so easy to work with and, frankly, so accommodating to my smallest feedback. She was also always so quick to respond. Literally, I could text her, see the Read notification, then see her typing within seconds. This happened most of the time. I don't think I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a response. Amazing! Truly, the only thing I looked forward to each day was her food - it was that good! When I was in pain and depressed, that little happiness each day made all the difference to me. There were some dark days during those 10 days of recovery, but I'll always remember her and her food with fondness.
