Cy was absolutely amazing! We have pretty high expectations for every vendor that we work due to the nature of the businesses we run and we were all incredibly impressed. The awesome service began with our first phone call with her where she asked the most thoughtful and thorough questions, provided recommendations to ensure that the experience was just right and customized for the event. She created signature cocktails which were such a hit! Her set up was so cool (you can work with her to customize your set up too!) and so efficiently done once on site. She was super personable and friendly and brought such great energy to our event. Booking with Cy and Ms. Mojito Bartending is a must, she kept everyones glass full and our guests keep asking about her, and this service. It was a highlight of our party last night! Thank you Cy & Ms. Mojito Bartending for helping to make such a special Graduation occasion extra special.

I want to start this review off by saying Eric and his team are so accommodating and resourceful!!…read more As far as the bartending is concerned, they hire bartenders with great personalities, who will light up any party that you host. I've been to parties with bartenders that make it so awkward while you're waiting for your drink. And this was the complete opposite of that! They work within a reasonable budget with you and come up with the absolute best cocktail menu for your party/event. I would say that the pricing is very reasonable and you're getting really good top tier level alcohol 10 out of 10 I would recommend to anybody!! They know how to run a business and run it really well!!

I have re-written this review many times with probably too many details but ultimately, hiring this…read morecompany was the worst part of my wedding. If I could go back in time, I would have rather had a dry wedding than have to hear about what a horrible experience my guests had with regards to the bar/bartenders. I wish I could say the red flags started on my wedding day, but they didn't. I won't get into all the other details that happened between myself and Eric prior to the wedding, but I wish I had listened to my family when they said to "just let him keep the non-refundable portion of the deposit and to use someone (ANYONE) else" but I decided to be a bigger person and assume he "had a bad day". I will attach photos of this correspondence, but if you would like more details, feel free to message me. I only say this because I want to speak only from my guests' point of view and not leave a full-blown essay of a review. I had agreed to tip the bartenders $150 each and said it would be ok if they put a tip jar out. Had I known that the bartenders would say things like "It wouldn't hurt you to tip" and "No tip??" or "You know you can tip us, right?", I would have never hired them. That is beyond embarrassing!! But it didn't stop there, the drinks were so gross. Since they were missing ingredients, like OJ, they were hand squeezing oranges and trying to make do - but frankly, I have had better mixtures in water bottles as a high school student back in the day. The bartenders also told people that they couldn't have water and that we were "saving it". WHAT ARE WE SAVING IT FOR? We were not low on water at all and had SO MUCH left over afterwards...The cherry on top was when I spoke with one of the bartenders towards the end of the night and they said they were sorry for the missing ingredients and that the company is a total mess and that I should call them directly for my next event rather than go through Eric. I debated including this detail in my review as I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but then I remember how this bartending company was the only thing I hated about my wedding, and how this company was my only source of wedding drama throughout the entire planning experience (and I planned a wedding during COVID lol). At the end of the day, I wouldn't even be writing this review if Eric had just apologized. Instead, he made endless excuses for his and his bartenders' behavior. I

My husband hired cocktail method for our anniversary last month and they were really really lovely…read more Our bartender was Melanie and she was the absolute sweetest! She was also super knowledgable and professional. Honestly, she was the biggest hit at the party. I didn't personally deal with any of the preparation or setup before the party, but my husband, who is not always the easiest person to deal with, made several comments about how easy the whole process was. So let that speak for itself. We originally had 3 cocktails on our menu but added a 4th last minute and they were totally cool with it (Melanie even found a way to make it spicy for some of our friends!) Which brings me to my last point: the drinks. Wow. They are sooo good. We had the Son of a Peach, Fruits and Flowers, Away We Go and Under a Buck. I rarely drink gin and my husband flat out refuses to drink Tequila but these drinks were to die for! This experience was so wonderful, we've already booked them for our 4th of July party and will probably use them for Christmas too.

He was to bring napkins and straws as part of the service. He didn't have that. He had none of the setup that any bartender brings with them not even a hand towel or a rubber mat to pour over. We paid extra for 100lbs of ice. He had no ice and said his manager didn't tell him about it. So he left and got 60lbs of ice, but no napkins or straws. He got back after guests had already started arriving. Also, we were to include the tip in the fee to the company so the bartender would not put out a tip jar! He didn't, but he had a big laminated placard with his Venmo and Zelle! Not cool as we asked for that NOT to happen and did not want our guests feeling like they were shamed into tipping. Now, I am getting non-stop emails and phone calls asking for me to pay their bill at full price including a 20% tip. Lastly, the guy was not a "babe" though he did have long hair. So beyond the awful company there is definitely false advertising. Overall, was not a good experience at all. Spend your money with a different company. Next time, I will! ================ I sent them this feedback directly and this is there response. Again, more reason to find another service provider. Keep in mind we asked/booked 4 hours and received 3 hours of service. "We do not offer discounts as you are billed for 5 hours and that's what you received. If you're unhappy don't book in the future which is your choice . We will sue you for the full amount of $210 owed to the company. That is final."
