She came out wide-eyed, staring me down saying, "I can't believe you think I won't reimburse you." I said I wanted proof or some sort of receipt that I did not get the said item. She then said why am I getting aggressive. After the way she came at me? All I did was look back at her and say I wanted proof of reimbursement. It was on a Sunday a little after noon and not another customer in sight, so much so that not only did the manager disappear but all of the staff went with her. I finally had to say, "Hello is anyone still here?" One popped out and I asked for the manager's name, she then came out hurriedly and gave me a paper with my order number saying refunded. I understand it will take a while to see said money return to me but it wasn't about the money now, it was how I was or was not, "treated."
