They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. He upcharged $390, and initially we said it would be fine after he explained he was not able to mow and needed to do additional work. He then tried to double charge to spray poison ivy which he had already included in the initial quote but then added again at the end, pushing the total far past what we had been quoted by the original company. They did a bait and switch with us and kept adding additional fees even after scoping the work. We will not be paying twice for spraying of poison ivy and would not recommend this company that tacks on additional fees past the quote they provide.

Friday (7/10/20) and Monday (7/13/20), I had my old tile patio taken out and a new concrete slab…read morepatio put in. The workers did a great job with the patio itself, but in the process, they broke bricks/stones, and destroyed my yard, which I've been working on for months to grow in. They washed their cement covered hands and equipment in my yard, so there's cement dried onto the ground in my yard. When they excavated they tossed all of their dirt on my lawn, covering up all the hard work I've done. I reached out to Jay the owner, and he basically said "it happens", but it would be $300 just for them to lay topsoil over their mess. After a lot of back and forth, he got his guys to come out, put down topsoil, and clean up their mess which included tile remnants and concrete debris all over my yard which my dogs could easily hurt themselves on. But they didn't bother to clean up the concrete dried onto the opposite side of my lawn from where the patio was put in. So how does that happen? Carelessness and disrespect for customers' property. While they did clean up some of their mess, only after Jay and I went back and forth, they could have easily prevented this by putting tarps down for the dirt, and not washing cement off in my yard. And with all these issues, Jay couldn't even come himself to check on what his guys did. I will say they are good at putting in a concrete patio, but they could care less about your property that gets damaged in the process.
