He was friendly, professional, and explained the wash packages clearly without any pressure. He kept things moving efficiently while still making sure I understood my options, which I really appreciated. Vohelle was just as impressive. He paid close attention to detail and made sure my car was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom. He didn't rush the job and even went back over a couple of spots to ensure everything looked perfect. I went inside and a young fellow named Damian went into the car wash and picked up my roof rack and other pieces that came off and took my report and advised me someone would be contacting me and would email the report to me. I waited about 4 days and no one ever contacted me. I called the and spoke to Star a young girl who claims she is the manager and she said they are investigating it. I let her know I never received an email of the report. I waited again another 4 days and again no one contacted me. I called Star back (manager) and let her know I haven't heard anything not did I receive a copy of my report. She told me that they have declined my claim because there is noting wrong with their equipment. They didn't even offer to look at my car or put my roof rack back on. I asked her for the owners name and she would not give it to me so I looked it up on Sunbiz.org, official State of Florida website (public records) and found the owners name Steven Walborn and title manage John Glover. This is how the owners/management care for the customers who feed their mouths of their families. POOR BUSINESS DECISIONS! They obviously do not care about my business, however, they aren't only loosing mine, they have lost my entire family and friends of Bradenton etc.... I live and work in this town and am appalled by the way they handle their business operations. Not even the curtesy of a return call. This establishment should be shut down after reading all the other negative reviews. So sorry for them.

I have had to interact with the guys in the office on perhaps 3 occasions and each time it is a good experience - which keeps me coming back. TODAY I had an issue that needed resolving that could have been handled in a number of different ways - to varying degrees of good customer support and professionalism. I met with RYAN, the manager on duty, and he was totally accommodating, very professional and extremely polite. Don't lose him. He's an asset. I'm a business owner and I know how important it is to know the value of an good employee.

In the past, employees at both the SR-70 and SR-64 locations told me it was fine to stop in briefly for a quick vacuum without purchasing a wash. I've only done this occasionally and it usually takes me about 5 minutes. Today at the 53rd location, a woman who said she was the general manager told me I had to purchase a wash to use the vacuum. I completely understand businesses having rules and would have gladly followed that if it had simply been explained respectfully. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude, and the vacuum was shut off while I was using it after only a couple minutes. I later called for clarification and was told that while policies may have changed, it can sometimes depend on the manager's discretion at each location, which explains why I had never run into this issue before. As someone who previously paid for a monthly membership and referred family members here, this experience was frustrating. Part of the reason I canceled my membership before was because supplies were often empty (towels or window spray) and equipment like vacuums sometimes wasn't working. Even today I noticed some stations without towels and nearly empty spray bottles. I still believe Coastal can provide a good service, but customer communication and consistency between locations would really improve the overall experience.
