Near the exit, traffic ahead stopped, but the conveyor continued advancing vehicles, which ultimately pushed my car into the vehicle in front of me. What stood out more than the incident itself was how it was handled afterward. I reported it immediately on-site and followed up in writing, requesting that video footage be preserved and that a claim be opened. Despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive any response. With the volume this location handles, I would expect tighter monitoring of the wash line and a more responsive approach when issues arise--especially in situations where customers have no control over their vehicles. I'm hopeful this will be addressed appropriately, but based on the experience so far, I would strongly encourage others to be mindful of how incidents like this are handled.

Then they sent pictures after my car was already broken and tried to say it was "pre-existing." That makes no sense -- of course it looks broken after the damage. Instead of taking responsibility, they only offered 6 months free membership, which doesn't cover the repair at all. Not fair for a long-time customer. Hope your car doesn't end up like mine.
