Net net, if you pay a lot and work really hard, they can appear useful and supportive in a weight loss program. The diet advice and "medical" support is all outdated or placebo-based. Maybe paying them is the boost you need to remember to eat well and exercise, and if so, maybe it's worth it. But nothing they say or do at this clinic directly improves your chances of long-term weight loss or health. For the price, you could just pay someone to walk around and slap your hand when you are about to eat and get better results.

There are weekly check ups including blood pressure monitoring, food intake monitoring, and weigh ins. There are supplements you can purchase, but they are not required. There are extensive blood work ups to include hidden food allergies and even hormone testing. If you have United Health care - a majority of the costs of this plan are covered. This is the most thorough weight loss program I have ever seen and I am thankful to be able to participate in it. I am averaging 3 lbs per week and not hungry. If you work better in an accountability type situation - this is great and you too will love it. They truly partner with you on the long term solution.
