I had the six wings tossed in Korean BBQ, fries, and Texas toast. The fries were a highlight--crispy, well-seasoned, and tasty. The wings, though, lacked seasoning and the sauce tasted more like teriyaki than Korean BBQ. Flavor seemed to rely on the sauce alone, not the chicken itself. I love this place! I am from Philadelphia, I love wings , cheesesteaks, fries and chicken. I wish we had slim chickens in Philadelphia because the wings are actually really, really great and the choices of sauces are awesome. I had the sriracha garlic sauce tonight and it was fantastic! The wings are big , juicy and cooked perfectly. The chicken tenders are also really, really great. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich earlier this week and it was so good, fresh roll , tender chicken and delicious Buffalo sauce... one of the best fast food chicken sandwiches I have ever had. This was my first time stopping here and we loved it! I thought the macaroni is the best fast food macaroni I've ever had. The chicken tenders were great and my daughter got the strawberry cheesecake in a jar and said it was so good. The workers were all very friendly. We waited a while but they were super busy so it wasn't a big deal. Will definitely be back! read more

Good chicken fingers and awesome dessert in a jar! The fries were soggy and unseasoned - do not recommend. This is the second time I've been here and both times they forgot the ranch with my fried mushrooms and all the extra sauces we ordered. And no ketchup even after we asked. There's nothing more annoying than being on the road all day, picking up some dinner and getting back to your hotel with no sauce for your fried mushrooms or ketchup for your fries. Oh also the waffle machine was down, but was it really?? I did like the cute take home dessert jars though. Mixed feelings here. Just get the customer service together and fix your fries read more

The food was tasty and fresh BUT I have to give 5 stars for a different reason....I had a hard day today and was on the phone with my husband while ordering, when tell him About my day I was physically upset, and embarrassingly enough the sweet girl at the window saw me crying. She immediately was showing sympathy and asked if I was ok. I smiled through tears and said yes just a hard day. She offered kind words and I moved to the next window. She brought my food to the next window and handed me a very sweet note with words of encouragement. I ugly cried again. I am super thankful for a kind soul tonight. Has root beer. It is Barq's, so if you're a Mug Maniac, this place isn't for you. Ice is smaller than your normal cubed ice, so I guess I would call this semi-crushed. Has lots of air bubbles in it so it's nice to cronch. The fries are really good too, but would not recommend dipping them in your root beer. read more

My family and I came here for dinner earlier this evening around 6 pm and had one of the best experiences! All the ladies we had any interactions with were very kind, the food was 10/10 and it was very clean! Zero complaints. One young lady named Jacqueline stood out to me. She was very welcoming and sweet! I felt like they all deserved to know they were appreciated! Sometimes a small interaction can affect your mood and they really made my day! I use to work in the food industry so I notice the small things and these people were running things very smoothly while keeping the place looking very clean! I went through around 9:45 PM which I understand is close to closing time; however that is no excuse for the level of incorrect my order was. I ordered a 5 Finger and 5 Wing meal. It ended up coming as a 10 wing meal with a flavor of wings I didn't order, as well as the wrong dipping sauce. I understand making mistakes, but where is the QC at? My ticket is correct so they had it right in the system. Unsure whether this is a genuine mistake or a case of the "we're shutting this place down 15 minutes before closing" attitude. Read A few reviews about this chain restaurant. Many of the reviews were very good, and was told that they could handle Groups very easily. For my group we asked for a 7:45 PM delivery and it arrived at 7:46 piping hot. I consider myself to be a foodie as at one time I had my own food articles posted in a newspaper that had 500,000 circulation. I believe that the fried chicken strips are as good, if not better than most of the competitors. And you must remember we ordered party size trays, which is not always easy to produce at a high quality yet somehow they were able to do it. The macaroni and cheese was a big success. And I wish I would've ordered more of the Nashville dryrub spicy wings they disappeared. We actually finished the meal off with a tremendous dessert that they serve in jars, including brownie, cheesecake, etc. they had three different offerings, and everyone was as good as the other. Plus to be able to buy beverages in gallon containers was a very good solution for large groups. So, if you could not tell by now, I think that this chain is going to be around for quite a long time and surpass a lot of the big names that are out there read more

Absolutely horrible experience, I waited longer than an hour and 30 minutes to get 2 classic snacks. While everyone around me that arrived after me got their food. I kept asking and they just said it was coming. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I was honestly excited to eat here but now I'm just disappointed that a place with great potential had such bad service. I hope they can improve in the future.
