While they don't officially have a mocktail menu, they were more than happy to mix up a non-alcoholic version of any cocktail they offer; I went with the basil berry, and it was fantastic! For my meal, I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough and added a side of mac 'n' cheese. Yes, it was an absolute mountain of cheese, but that mac 'n' cheese was so incredibly cheesy and delicious! Our food was incredibly delicious - I had wanted the ribeye but sadly they were out - so I hesitantly ordered the NY Strip (I don't normally care for them) and it was beyond amazing, tender, wonderfully seasoned and perfectly cooked!! The Pineapple Upside Down Cake, which I truly didn't think I'd have room for as I had devoured every bite of my dinner - well let's just say there wasn't a crumb left. By the time we left (after hanging around just talking to everyone for a half hour) we truly felt more like family than customers. We had wanted so badly to get back again before we left, but we ran out of time and just never made it back in town. My wife ordered the Kaleidoscope, which is a vegetarian sandwich, but she went with their option to have it served as a salad, which meant it was in a bowl and on a bed of seasonal greens and topped with lemony garbanzos. The Kaleidoscope also boasts kale, red wine shrooms, crunchy house pickle, caramelized onions, and an herb green sauce. It was a flavor explosion. Everything blending unbelievably well. The dish showed creativity not only in the mix of ingredients, but the presentation as well. I'm sure it would've been a great sandwich, but it was killer as a salad. My special of the day, The Shawarma Greek pita was wonderful. Everything I love about Greek food and spices all neatly put together in a tasty pita sandwich.
