My room 435 hasn't been dusted in years - thick dust on the lamps and top of microwave. I found a receipt, a broken piece of plastic and some trash bit I couldn't identify on the floor of my room upon checking in. I didn't pick them up and I only checked out yesterday - I'm sure they are still there. I wore my flip flops the entire time. We were given a flyer upon checking that housekeeping only comes every few days - it was up to us to bundle our trash and throw away down the hall as needed. Breakfast was free and the offerings couldn't have been cheaper in quality and offerings. Powdered eggs were the only healthy option?. The only fresh fruit was apples? if you want a banana - get there as early as possible. Nothing for vegetarians. Front desk staff never greeted us as we passed through the lobby multiple times a day. They looked tired and overworked. You guys need to add lighting to the left side of the building - that lot is pitch black at night and doesn't feel safe - even at 5 am leaving for the airport. Lots to work on here. For a major hotel chain at a huge highly regarded football school, Best Western needs to do a heck of a lot better. But when all other hotels are charging triple the price for game weekends, ring ceremonies and graduation - why would Best Western change anything? People will still book it. If you a "it's just a place to rest my head" type person - even that may be challenging for you.

When you'd walk in the room from the hall, you could smell mildew.. The breakfast food was not good. The hot food they served was the worst hotel food I've had.. the bacon was flimsy and wet. Overall this place needs some TLC and better house keeping.

The lobby sets the tone for what to expect -- there's so much to take in. From original artwork (including striking curated pieces) to unique jewelry available for purchase, every corner has something interesting to discover from inside and out. The evening piano by the fireplace was such a classy and relaxing touch. The library was fantastic -- I could have sat there reading all night. I also loved the rocking chairs outside, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the atmosphere. There's art thoughtfully placed in every nook and corner, which makes the entire property feel curated and special. My room was fantastic and spotless. As a coffee lover, having my own Nespresso cappuccino machine was a highlight. Complimentary in-room amenities were generous, and the steamer was incredibly convenient -- I was able to steam my jacket before a business event with ease. The staff was amazing, and I appreciated the evening turndown service that prepared the room for a restful night. I would absolutely come back and only wish I could have stayed longer. Cheers!

Arrived and Taken to our table by a young unfriendly and unsmiling hostess. Restaurant was not even 1/4 full. Our server Logan was wonderful!! 5 star service from him. We had a Caesar salad, not enough dressing, needed lemon wedge and no croutons. Some of the lettuce was rusty. Hubby got the lobster fritters that were lacking any real lobster flavor. He gave it 3 stars, good flavor and light but small on size. I got the smoked and seared prawns, they came swimming in sauce and could have been mistaken for soup. They were whole prawns chopped in half with the shell and tail still on and also the heads complete with legs- inedible and impossible to eat....sent back Ambience was beautiful and the aperol spritz drink I had was delicious. I would not be willing to eat here again.

I would think it's better to be open later perhaps 1 am as we had a big crowd who wanted to continue to enjoy some drinks but bar was closed. Coffee was good, they also close early. Food the Roostr place was decent. Staff were also wonderful while our dining at the restaurant. Management is great, they get you things very quick when needed and are attentive which is great. They were able to bring us fridge and a small crib as we arrived bc it was requested. One comment I have is their parking which I am not a fan it's $2 every hour but if max is $10 so Anytime you leave the Garage and if you bae passed the5 hour mark then it's additional $10 again If you're planning to park overnight. As far as valet is $33 and I had left the car there by one of the attendants, probably 2 hours even though it was suppose to be a Quick in n out of the hotel, he charged me $15 and I wasn't happy about that. Overall good hotel with many shops around it and inside it as well for eating. Good customer service

Love the glass elevators, love the waterfall inside, love that it has a coffee shop, bar and restaurant, love that the window to our room looked out into the lobby. It was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Con's: It didn't seem like it had the best AC. The hallways would go from really hot to really cold quickly depending on where you walked. The elevators needed a key card to work and it didn't always recognize my key right away which led to the elevator skipping my floor multiple times. There were no stairs available for use except in emergencies. This was so frustrating!!! There was a conference going on in our hotel so there would be 500 people trying to get on the elevators at once. We tried to take the stairs and were told we couldn't. But if there was an emergency, how would people even know where to go, the stairs weren't clearly marked and there were no emergency maps. Housekeeping came really late, after at least noon and we didn't have a do not disturb sign on the door. All in all, it's a really cool, modern, nice hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Couldn't actually check-in at the counter until exactly 3pm. I've been to other hotels and arrived there a little earlier than the actual check-in time, but still was able to check-in. Not too big of deal though. The lady at the desk wasn't very friendly though, but, she got the job done. The entrance looked and smelled clean. The room was clean! We had two queen beds, both were clean...no stains on the sheets/comforters. One downfall was the bathroom didn't have the fan...never seen that before in a hotel room. Also, the free standing coat/ironing board closet was overwhelming w/smoke! I'm pretty sure I asked for a non-smoking room, but hey, I get it...the staff can't control what ppl actually do or don't do in their room. The location is very convenient to the mall (directly across the street), and restaurants! Overall, I would stay here again.

Front lobby is tastefully decorated, not fancy but nice. However, beyond the lobby the hallway floors are terrible, warn out carpet that is filthy, obviously not vacuumed or cleaned for some time. The wallpaper needs removed because it is pilling and they need painting. Yet, once entering our room it was nice. It was clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated. Absolutely no issue with the room. So, the only negative were the halls. However, when such visible places are bad it make me wonder how long the rest of the hotel will remain nice.

The night before our trip, I made the mistake of reading reviews and started to feel a little skeptical, but by then, it was too late to cancel. I'm actually glad it was, because our experience turned out to be a great one. When we arrived, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. At check-in, we were told the last wine tour started at 5:00 p.m., and it was already 4:45. I asked if we could go the next day (Monday), and the front desk agent assured us we could, saying they were open daily from 12-6. After settling into our room, we headed to Louis' House of Bourbon. The food was decent, but the drinks were excellent. The atmosphere alone made it worth the visit. The next day, however, we found out that the wine tours and tastings were actually closed on Mondays, which was disappointing given the information we were told at check-in. Still, we didn't let that ruin our trip. We went out to a nearby steakhouse for dinner and returned to the resort for drinks at what had quickly become our favorite spot, Louis'. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff, Manny, Anya, and Cole were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and really elevated our experience. Overall, we had a great stay and are already looking forward to coming back, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!

Being a weekend and open to the public whether wining, dining, or not, there were almost no parking when we went. Got lucky catching someone leaving. The actual tasting set up is pretty confusing. No direction when you walk in. No hosts. You have to check in. They give you a sheet with the options of wines. Then you go to another counter and choose one wine at a time reusing the same glass throughout. Unless you change from white to red and vise verse. (I personally didn't like that) All with no direction or signage and staff just looking at you being confused. It is also self seating. The ladies at the check in desk weren't very friendly, as well as at the pouring station. I get they probably get rude clientele but we weren't them =(( We ordered some charcuterie and hummus to have with our wine and we actually did not get the hummus till over an hour later. We had to tell our coordinator. I'm sure they made it and forgot because the pita was rock hard and vegetables dehydrated. Why they didn't make a new tray I don't understand. Also considering the type of establishment, why does the charcuterie come on a baking tray with baked on grease? Wine selection though, great!
