I also booked our horseback riding with them and they were definitely accommodating. We were a party of eleven and they made sure we were made to feel "part of their family ". If you want to make lasting memories and make your trip memorable, your money here is well spent. I don't regret paying one cent for the memorable and lasting adventures we experienced. Evan, Trent, Jada, and Cheyara ( I probably mispelled) were the guides for our group and all are great! Waste of time- drove from west Yellowstone to rent an inflatable kayak for a lake trip. We already…read moreowned a kayak but needed another one. It was a very simple design but no rudder. The boat is also very heavy and not compact. We got onto the lake and the boat wasn't even able to go straight (no rudder) and you have to paddle 3x as hard. We had to tie both kayaks together to get home. We originally rented it for two days and only could possibly use it for one, and had to cancel our second day trip of kayaking. It might be fine if you're floating down a river and don't need to paddle or steer. Plus sides were that it was really cheap and included lifejackets. And they wore masks which was nice.

We rented the Hatch Rubicon Poptop for a long weekend and it was the greatest thing ever for…read morecamping. My wife and I loved how easy it was to pop up the top (seriously takes 5 seconds to put up and take down) without the hassle of needing to tow a trailer. It was also plenty warm in the top at night, and we loved being able to store our gear in the cab that we could access without needing to get out. The Jeep was super clean and we really appreciated the cooler and folding chairs that Alyssa had in the Jeep all ready for us when we picked up the car. We didn't need to do any offroad driving but the Jeep handled great on the roads, even at highway speed. Thanks a ton Hatch for a great experience, can't wait to use one of these sweet setups again in the future.
