They lie... this frame doesn't not have the zero gravity and I have a witness he told use we would have to buy this one. So why didn't I get that one. We had a misunderstanding about putting a mirror on a dresser we got delivered, and the service came right out to fix the problem. It also all looks very, very cheap. Nothing about any of it is comfortable either. It's also not furniture that is going to last for very long. If you are young, just starting out, and don't have a lot of money to put down on furniture, then this would be a good place to come. Although honestly, you can probably find better furniture for a cheaper price on Craigslist. I came here with my daughter a couple of times after she was recently married. She did end up buying furniture on Craigslist. The place looks clean, but it just doesn't feel clean. If that makes any type of sense at all. The one good thing I can say about the place is the employees are friendly and helpful.
