A little information goes a long way. If you make an online purchase and need to make a return, not…read moreall of your emails will include a barcode that is needed to make the return. Your online account that has your order history does not include a barcode. Not currently. You can reach out to customer support to get it. I had my order number, but the associate could not look anything up by that, and you will only be offered a store credit at the current price. My email literally had the order number and the amount I paid for each item! I left very much irritated today after trying to make a return that could have and should have been handled in the store. At any point and time, the associate and the manager could have told me to reach out to customer support because they do not have access to do so. After messaging several people at customer support, I believe them, associates are probably told not to offer that information. The only reason I will be going back to At Home is to return my item now that I have the barcode!

I experienced the craziest thing ever in the Jackson, MS store. As I was shopping for pillows, a…read moreyoung man that worked there stopped and ask if I needed help. I said yes and he jumped right in and began helping me. In no time, he was called over head to go to the front of the store. He later found me in the store and told me that some people (with a small child and an animal) had arranged the huge boxes of furniture in the very back of the store, to block off an area that they could set up as a place to live inside. They were not there at the time , but the police and investigators were called. A customer just happened to be searching thru the large boxes for a specific piece of furniture and found blankets, stuffed animals, a small bowl of water and a few other items. She reported this incident.

I love shopping at Dirt Cheap because they always got deals no matter what day it is…read more They sell clothing (men, children, women's, swimwear, shoes, exercise wear, even pet clothing). All kinds of sizes. They sell housewares, kitchen gadgets, furniture, TV's, even wood. They sell hygienic products, cowboy boots, jewelry and home decor. They have several dressing rooms that are locked, but you can ask someone to open them up. The only thing they don't sell is food. The clothing is a lot cheaper than Walmart and Roses put together. Last time I visited, I bought myself several pairs of exercise clothing. Shorts, yoga pants and a few shirts. The clothing is good quality and are marked down. The parking is plenty. However, the staff isn't all that friendly.

I was here on a Wednesday afternoon about four thirty in the afternoon and it was not overly busy. Like most outlets, there are some decent bargains and some items that you might as well buy in any mall. All in all, this is a good place to go see if you see anything that you never knew that you needed but now you can't live without.

I've only seen a couple of the episodes of the HGTV show Home Town and really I don't find it entertaining although it shows things I'm familiar with. Some of the houses I saw on the show I knew folks that used to live in them and I wasn't the biggest fan of the "renovations" that were done on the homes. The Laurel Mercantile is an interesting store that offers some interesting items. They have quite a selection of many things most of which I don't find I really need but you can certainly do some interesting gift shopping here.
