Not only do they have the latest Ashley line, but they also have a number of hard to find, American made, furniture lines (Vaughn-Basset, England Furniture, Lazyboy, etc.) at way better prices than bigger stores are able or willing to offer. I now live in Florida, but I still purchase my furniture from L and L whenever possible. I just ordered a full bedroom set from them, which compelled me to write this review. I bought the furniture from L and L, rented a U-Haul to get it to Florida, and I still saved thousands from what it would've cost to purchase the same set closer to my home in Florida. Their prices are that good! But not only was the furniture priced way better than I could find anywhere else, the customer service I received from the L and L team (from the owner on down) was unmatched. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but never pushy. Plus, my custom order of American made, American oak furniture from L and L arrived more quickly than it took in stock furniture I ordered from a national chain to be delivered from their own warehouse! And when I had questions about how to assemble my new furniture, the L and L team texted me pictures from the showroom and talked me through the process. I only write reviews when I find a stand out business and this is one is worth writing home about. In fact, when I told my best friend who lives in SC about my experience with L and L, I was surprised to learn that she also buys her furniture at L and L, instead of in SC for all the same reasons! They had a great selection of ONLY various name brands at different price points. Within about 45 minutes, we tried out and looked at all of our options, and purchased and scheduled 5 new mattresses. The FreeDelivery was made the next morning by a very clean but small moving van. The two employees were beyond polite, they were courteous as well as accommodating. They put our new "Bed Bug" protective covering on and set up all 5 beds, and hauled off the old mattresses ($50 haul off fee). By the way, their showroom had a tremendous selection of furniture, fixtures, tables, lamps, outdoor furniture, and wall hangings. We will be coming back for more various peices as we need them. The showroom is a little tight but they have the selection of every product they carry. Their people working there are not hovering or pushy and will let you try and interact at your own pace. And having been aggravated at other places this was a nice breath of fresh air. Now I'll add a tidbit for the mattress. We shopped hard for this: read reviews, read sleep like the dead, endured other company showrooms, laid on at least a hundred different beds. We finally had two other mattresses as a basis of comparison to use against our choice at BIAB: the tempurpedic cloud luxe breeze and the sleep number i8. We ruled out sleepnumber due to the reasons of having to maintain upkeep on the electronic equipment to keep air in the mattress in the long run. We ruled out the TempurPedic mattress because in comparison to the BedInABox Serenity Cooling Memory Foam the price was too high and getting it too our door too inconvenient. We ended up going with the Bed In A Box Serenity Cooling Memory Foam in a king size. We also bought the base. And as advertised the bed was built and arrived to our door in a timely manner. Me and my friend got the bed and base upstairs pretty easy. The base was easy to assemble and had all parts. The bed came open easy and came out to full size in less than a minute. After that we let it air out for 24-36 hours and was good to go. So in conclusion if you are nearby in the area and wondered...then hopefully this will help you take that next step in the door. Life is too short to sleep uncomfortably!
