This is very misleading company - on their website under the FAQ - 100 day worry free sleep program…read more- they say you can exchange and return without hidden fees, and can exchange even if item is opened. https://www.nationalmattress.ca/90-night-comfort-guarantee Once you order the mattress their email says the complete opposite, we confirmed and cancellated the order. ( i copied and pasted the email policy) This is very sneaky! All items remain property of National Mattress CA Inc. until item(s) have been paid in full. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Orders may be canceled and fully refunded before delivery, excluding special orders/clearance items or otherwise marked final sale products. Once a customer has received an order, no refunds will be issued; exchange only. No exchanges on opened accessories, including box springs, bed frames, pillows, and protectors. All exchanged mattresses must be returned with original packaging, tags, warranty cards, etc. All exchanges are subject to a $95 exchange fee. They're a warehouse more than a showroom but they have every mattress on display for you to try out. This means that it's not a pretty space but it keeps the prices down. When we walked in, it was a bit overwhelming. The salespeople weren't pushy at all, which made it a very comfortable shopping experience. We had some questions which Suraj was great at answering. He guided us through the differences between mattress firmness, coils versus foam, what a Euro top was, etc. He was super knowledgeable and it helped me decide what would make the most sense for my sleep habits. They carry good brands like Sealy and Serta mattresses in all sizes and at different quality levels as well. Each of the mattresses on display shows how much the big stores charge vs what they charge. It's really a stellar deal. The delivery was very smooth as well. There are different delivery charges for how far you want your mattress delivered, for example, delivered to your front door, into the room you want, and drop up and pick up of old mattress. They provide live online tracking and the driver will also give you a call as they're getting close. Really happy with my purchase!

So we bought a $1000 dishwasher to handle the heavy dishwashing requirements we have with a family of 5, purchased the extended warranty (another $100) after being reassured that the risk of a failure would be mitigated and have "no worries" this important piece of our kitchen facilities at home. 13 months into the life of the dishwasher it failed we have spent over 50 hours hand washing dishes, 4th week with out a working dishwasher, 4th technician's visit, and had the technician just leave (as I had predicted would happen to McDonald's service manager) scratching his head saying" there is only one more part to change on this machine and if that doesn't work, I don't know what to do". I had previously contacted the McDonald's service team and cc'd McDonald's owners last week to ask for a new dishwasher. Their response was they have no control over the service as it is all OUTSOURCED and have now become non-responsive following my last email requesting proper customer service and support. So be warned, this company no longer has any control over their level of customer service for the appliances they sell and are not willing to stand-up and take responsibility for the products they sell with misguided button popping pride and tradition. Buyers beware Sleep Ezzz Mattress Express are a 100% rip off…read more. Wednesday, August 22, 2018, My wife and I stopped in to look at beds at Sleep Ezzz Mattress Express. She asked a few questions and laid on a few then decided to purchase one. The bed and a few accessories came to $1010.00. She gave the a man $1060.00. Not knowing that 2 $50 bills were stuck together. As the man behind the counter started to count out the money he said I think there is an extra $50. I spoke up and said well that's really good & hard to find now a days honesty. He chuckled and said that's why I've been in business for 30 years. We were gone for about an hour & returned to the store. We got back into the store and exchanged pleasantries. I then said to him we have a bit of bad news. I told him we'd like to cancel the order and we would like our money back. The man was like Dr. Jekyll Mr. Hyde... He threw his hands up in the air and said oh we can't do anything for you all sales are final. He then said you must of went somewhere else and found a better deal. He said I've been doing this for 30 years and I've heard every excuse in the book. He says all buyers are liars, I said I have nothing to lie about. I was shocked to see the change in this man in a matter of seconds. He said I can't do anything for you until next week sometime. The owner of the place lives in the United States & has all the codes for returns. I said that's fine we'll just sit here while you make the phone call. I said I don't want to leave without my money something doesn't sound right. He pointed at the receipt and said look it says in small print all sales are final. I said yes I understand that but we were only gone for an hour. He said this sounds way too fishy you went somewhere & got a better deal. By this time going back-and-forth I was starting to get upset. we went to the car, A few more minutes past and the old gentleman came out of the store heading in our direction. He said well I made a few phone calls got a hold of the man's daughter and he's willing to give you $900 back He threw his arms up in the air and said that's the best we can do take it or leave it. He opened the drawer where our money was still sitting took off $110 and threw the rest on the counter. My wife begin to count it and of course it was $900 She took it and put it in your purse I said you should be ashamed of yourself. To take $110 from us for doing nothing. I came in and I'm blowing air and you're charging me $110 He said like I told you before all buyers are liars, I've been in this business too long & I've heard everything he said you should be thankful you're getting $900 back I could've taken 25%... I told him no where in your store do I see a sign that says all sales are final. He said it's on your receipt in the small print if you would just read it. I said I get that I understand. My wife works down the street at a big box store called Walmart. I said you know people have always complained about big box stores doing everybody wrong. But you know something they treat their customers right. They don't care what you bring back, if you have a receipt they give you 100% of your return. If there's no receipt they will give you a store credit. Because the big box store remembers one thing. The customer is always right. Hallelujah for the big box stores. You should be thankful you got your $900 I didn't have to do that. Again he throws it in my face all buyers are liars. I said well you need to put a sign up in your store somewhere on your window stating that all sales are final. Everybody in business does this he says. I said no they don't I said the customer is always right go down to the store buy something at Walmart leave it for an hour come back and get your full refund no questions asked. 100% each & everytime. I said I'm not done, he said call a cop call who ever I'm right & your wrong. I said not everybody is dishonest again he says all buyers are liars. This place & how they treat people is uncalled for. They need a course on how to treat their customers.... We left very disgusted & shocked. I lost sleep over this $110 loss. I miss the days of the customer is always right no matter what. Sleep Ezzz should be called Sleep sleaze So if you have nothing better to do with $110.00 go in slap it on a bed and tell them #Jamiesentme
