And a number of follow up calls. They were always patient and kind and treated them like their own parents We had a hiccup on the delivery. I complained and Kevin and Patrice immediately resolved the issue in minutes and took great care for it to be resolved. Kevin and Patrice both offered to come out for 2nd delivery and make sure all went well. Kevin did and my parents very much appreciated it. I applied for financing online before going which was pretty easy. I was approved for 2,500, but we only spent $900. I got a text saying that I was approved so when we went, I told the man at the front what we were looking for. They had a pretty decent number of floor models out, which made looking pretty easy. Once we settled on which couches we wanted, checking out was a breeze. Donte helped us with the financing part, explaining the rules and what would be best if we wanted to avoid paying 2k for the couches (interest fee pretty much). He helped with the payment start date and gave us all the information we needed. We opted to have the couches transported by ourselves vs having them get delivered, and the couches were ready in about 2 hours. It was the easiest furniture purchase I've made. The furniture is well made. We haven't had issues, but if we do, we have a warranty. We also didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, which made me feel better. I would go back and probably end up getting something new after we finish paying for the furniture we have now.

I have excellent credit so I don't know why I was offered this sneaky card which charges a $79 annual fee. I had long since zeroed out my balance and was just charged another $79 for the privilege of having this zero balance card that I never intend to use again. Shame on Ashley furniture for not explaining who they're dealing with and shame on Fortiva credit card services. Do not use either.

Ashley Furniture is incapable of delivering clean mattresses…read more Three attempted deliveries now and counting. The first two deliveries, the mattresses are stained or dirty. The third delivery the mattress had a hole in the top of the fabric. We asked for a refund but Ashley refuses to refund our money. Either they are trying to bring us used, rejected mattresses, or their warehouse is very dirty and water damaged. Even the truck drivers are finding dirt, stains and holes before we do. How long will this go on? When we bought the mattresses, I had to sign some agreement. Since I didn't bring my reading glasses when we went to the Ashley store, I asked the salesman, (Matthew Caballes) what I was signing. He said "you can contact customer care at this number and something about a white glove delivery" I don't remember anything about "no refund". A "White Glove Delivery"? That was funny. No delivery person was wearing gloves or shoe coverings. Just dirty, tired drivers with dirty feet. We have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in the past as well as other furniture and mattress stores and everything was in good condition. Now this is a nightmare. The stress is killing us. [Attached are as many pictures as I can attach.] How long must we put up with this.
