I tried to grab an item close to where she (a tall, skinny black woman) was stocking up items and I stepped on some discarded boxes. She turned around and scolded me for stepping on the discarded boxes. I explained to her that I tried to grab the item without bothering her as it wasn't necessary to distract her from her work. She wouldn't hear me and became very agitated, aggressive and down right nasty. The experience left me with a feeling that Dollar Tree should choose better vetting for their employees. I was literally being told an average restock date of February-March 2021 for any kind of women's models until I called here. The staff was so nice to check the inventory and find a Marlin 5 coming in a couple weeks later. They allowed me to put down a deposit and called right when it was ready. I drove down when it was ready and everything went perfect. They sized me to the bike, watched me ride outside, made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to get me a kickstand. I'm so excited to finally have my bike. Thanks guys!

The person who helped me was JOAN. Joan was impressively knowledgable about her products and very accommodating. I was shopping for ergonomic chairs and car cushions. Not only did Joan give me plenty of time to experience each chair, she also encouraged me to put the cushions in my car and drive around to assess fit. Rather than engaging in a hard sales approach, she asked questions to see what my specific needs were, and only then did she provide counsel. If I owned this company, I would give Joan a retention bonus, knowing how lucky I was to have an employee of this caliber. (My only concern was that the person who got credit for the sale was her colleague with whom I interacted over two years ago. I guess this is store policy.) I hope Relax the Back management sees this review. After hearing what we needed, Gina told us about the different chairs on the floor and invited us to take our time and try out as many of them as we wanted. We did. The hubby had spent the morning doing yard work so the chairs with the massage feature were calling his name. I wasn't sure if I was going to get him out once he sat down. The chair took him to zero gravity. Along with the massage feature it also had heat. It didn't take long for us to agree on which chair we liked best. To be perfectly honest we could have gotten a better price somewhere else but the customer service was what made us decide to make our purchase here. Gina wasn't pushy. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we asked. It is apparent that she wasn't there just to get a paycheck but she believed in her product. Several times when we complemented her on her sales technique she said it wasn't her...the chairs sell themselves. They do and the chair we got is AWESOME! It doesn't take up as much space as we expected even when it is in the zero gravity mode. And it is already paying for itself! We are in it everyday. Plenty of paper products on their shelves. No excess boxes of stuff on the floor. The store condition was nice and clean. As I mentioned, this is an above average store. I wasn't pursued by store associates. As a matter of fact, I only saw one and he was smoking out front!
