Decent store to find unusual items, especially candy. Can be rather busy, but the cashiers handled us fairly quickly.

I recently placed an order for delivery, part of which was two big bags of ice. Order was delivered…read morebut there was no ice delivered. Was told, after waiting all day , that it would the next morning before it was delivered. So a lot of wasted time on my part. Companies should reimburse people for their time in cases like this.

The WORST place to take a standard vehicle in for an oil change!! The only guy who knows how to…read moredrive standard is an older gentleman named billy. And he HATED me trying to tell him how to drive my truck. Tim was super nice and i even requestedthat before they start my vehicle, to let me know so i can show them how to start it as it has a kill switch. Its a 93 s10 chevy. The thing is old. So it has a way of starting. Tim watched/listened to me starting the truck and explaining how to do so. But Billy gets behind the wheel 20 min later and acted like hes never driven one before and completelyignored my instructions!! After watchingmy truck slowly backing up in neutral and Billy getting frustratedas he still struggled to start it, i went out and reexplained how. Its super simple. 1. Turn kill switch on. 2. Start engine. 3. Let it revv until it starts to really revv up. 4. Now you can drive it.... He struggled turning it on, didn't wait til it started revving, started forcing it to drive when it wasn't ready. Then when the oil change was done, he struggled again to turn it on. Flooded my gas and make it backfire before it jump started. Then drives it over to park it, and leaves my window like this, and his plastic coverings all in the vehicle. AND DIDNT TURN OFF MY KILL SWITCH. So gas is just spewing in the top and probably used up about a gallon of gas just sitting there while I was paying inside. So AGAIN flooded my lines and I had a hard time getting it started. ALSO HE comes over all nonchalant as he hands my keys and goes "i didnt have a hard time driving it!". You sure bud? Cuz you were struggling pretty hard there! Like wtf!

The location is in a nice spot. The staff could be more friendly and helpful. It was pretty…read moreorganized for all the items they have. Some of the items were super expensive for the brand but I also saw a lot of items that were stained bad. I seriously saw crunchy food items stuck to dresses and shirts. I don't know if it was unnoticed or if they really aren't that picky with items.

Team Hollar 3 reviews·1 photo…read more just now New As customers who have spent well over $500 in this store this year, the severe lack of customer service and care we received today from several employees was wild. The lack of clarity on the website regarding the order and process for selling back clothes was also nonexistent. We brought in 8 bags, not realizing that you guys prefer another means of transporting (aka bins), but rather than a polite teaching moment, we were met with angst and, quite frankly, a hateful conversation. We brought in mostly name-brand, unstained, freshly washed clothes, and because it was in the bags--several of which were left unopened--we were told it would take up to 9 hours to get through, which it did not. We drove 25 minutes home and received a text to come back within 30 minutes; we came back and found all bags in the same place--3 of the 7 were unopened to check. Unsure what they were smelling, but having an employee announce across the store that my clothes--coming from a $500K house in a non-dog, non-smoke home--smelled, in the name of not taking them as well. We received nothing but a hassle for our time. As well, I am 100% sure clothes are missing, which means for others: count your items. I made the mistake of not worrying about something that trivial, but I carried out at least 10 pounds less clothes, so I'm confused. The reality is this review wouldn't have happened if they were taught basic customer service. The staff yelled and spoke very unbecoming to several customers today both times I was there. I will not return and will not encourage anyone to ever come in to do business. As a once upon a time happy customer.
