Then in early August one of the love seat recliners would not open fully. Called customer service and was told to send a video of the problem via email and they would get back to me. Took a few phone calls and was promised they would order a new mechanism and send some out to repair the problem. I have now called at least 5 times and they promised me someone will show up and repair the recliner. Each time they say someone is coming they are a NO-SHOW. Their communications is terrible and the do not honor their commitments. As of today September 17, 2026 they have NOT REPAIRED the recliner. Save yourself the stress and stay away from this company.

This is more estate sale stuff of furniture decor and more than a discount thrift store…read more... They describe themselves as "upscale". Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

Finders Keepers sells a little of everything. My first impression walking in is that they are a…read moresmall store but what they have is very nice and priced to sell. According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Although they didn't have a huge amount of items, what they do have warrants a look if you are in the area.

They have a few reasonably priced items but most are very highly marked up. I have seen the same exact thing (identical item & brands) for far less in other local shops. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Arhaus from start to finish. I worked with a sales…read moreassociate and two designers to furnish my living room, yet my couch was still ordered incorrectly. After waiting eight weeks, it was delivered in the wrong color, and the fabric itself was defective and pilling. I went through the process again to select a new fabric, only for the replacement to arrive with two completely different couches; one correct and one entirely wrong. This level of error after months of delays is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated issue. Since purchasing multiple items for my home before moving in (I've been living here since October), I've consistently received defective or incorrect products. I've had the wrong sofa delivered twice, a dining table delivered three separate times with defects, and a recliner that arrived looking used with worn leather. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and follow-up. I've called multiple times asking for the manager, Alex, and sent emails to team members I previously worked with, but received no response. I was also promised follow-up from Dean, which never happened. After spending over $20,000, I still don't have what I originally ordered months later. At this point, I've lost all confidence in the company and am demanding a full refund. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and continuing to share my experience publicly. Completely unacceptable experience Also, upon reading your other one star reviews, I see that you are asking people to follow up with you rather than you following up with your customers. Are you kidding me? Lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!
