I was totally surprised at the lack of professionalism and…read more courtesy by the owner, Mr Bobby Wilson. I purchased a recliner and was not given the sales agreement until AFTER I had paid for it. Then and only then did I notice that it stated "No Returns". Had I seen it, I would never have purchased the item. Once the delivery was made, I tried to work with it in my home but the piece was overpowering and did not fit. I called the place of business that afternoon, informed them and was told by the salesperson that Mr Wilson would be in the following morning. I went to the store and attempted to tell Mr Wilson of my actions. He immediately went into a rant telling me that he had no idea what I had done to the recliner and that I signed the sales agreement. This was untrue since as I said, I was not in receipt of this until after I paid. After much ranting and belittling me did he off a return minus 20% I stated 10% was acceptable and offered to pay this as a return fee. At first he loudly ranted more and only when I was preparing to leave did he agree to 10%. After a few errors on the credit card machine I finally received the agreed refund and left. I would not recommend this business and will not return. Mr Wilson is well over the burned out stage , more into meltdown.
