I purchased a recliner and was not given the sales agreement until AFTER I had paid for it. Then and only then did I notice that it stated "No Returns". Had I seen it, I would never have purchased the item. Once the delivery was made, I tried to work with it in my home but the piece was overpowering and did not fit. I called the place of business that afternoon, informed them and was told by the salesperson that Mr Wilson would be in the following morning. I went to the store and attempted to tell Mr Wilson of my actions. He immediately went into a rant telling me that he had no idea what I had done to the recliner and that I signed the sales agreement. This was untrue since as I said, I was not in receipt of this until after I paid. After much ranting and belittling me did he off a return minus 20% I stated 10% was acceptable and offered to pay this as a return fee. At first he loudly ranted more and only when I was preparing to leave did he agree to 10%. After a few errors on the credit card machine I finally received the agreed refund and left. I would not recommend this business and will not return. Mr Wilson is well over the burned out stage , more into meltdown. Each customer has one best friend and three good friends and this retailer failed to recognize that. The customer may not always be right as the saying goes, but they are always the customer in control of their funds.

Purchased 2 recliners from them and after they were delivered, one of the chairs had several…read moreproblems, the power headrest would not move and the footrest made a loud popping noise and you could feel the pop in your leg as the footrest was lowered. The technician found that the headrest had not been set up by the delivery crew. After checking for the cause of the popping sound, she reported that the sound was most likely caused by the fabric catching and she hoped that the popping would stop after a week and assured me if it continued to call Green River in a week and they would look into it further. 10 days later the popping is still occurring and when I called this time, there tone had changed. Instead of assisting to fix the problem, they stated that the popping noise was coming from the fabric and if they sent out a technician and they thought that it was caused by the fabric I would have to pay a service call fee. I was hoping that they would stand behind the products they sell, this defect was there the day they delivered the chairs, they know that, but are unwilling to address the issue.
