I had a sleep study ordered in October and I was told someone would call me which they did in March. And that was after I left multiple messages asking to schedule. A new medication prescribed on March 25th that required prior was not done until a month later and that wasn't due to Anthem BCBS or my pharmacy not advising Dent of this but because the nurse forgot. If I hadn't asked the nurse about another medication for my migraines the auth would never have been done. When I called to schedule my MRI the first available was 5 weeks out. Due to my claustrophobia I always have sedation which has been done by the nurses at Dent. When I scheduled the imaging I was told to arrive 1/2 an hour early for the sedation. Imagine my surprise when I get there to be told the sedation was actually sent to my pharmacy something the woman scheduling nor the nurse at dent told me was being done. The receptionist was unable to reschedule it because "dent doesn't train front desk on scheduling just check in and to call back to reschedule". After all of this I called early this morning and left a message for Kristen one of the managers. Instead of calling me back she had Mary Grace do it because as Mary Grace said Kristen was too busy to talk to me. I understand now I am just a paycheck for the staff at dent. With a high deductible plan I get text messages and a phone call prior to any visit about the cost for "care" and to make sure I have money in hand. I know I'm just a number to Dent but I would have hoped that they see patients as actual people and not just as dollar signs

Little one and his mommy~Happily Ever After…read more Well this story is kinda like a Disney movie. It started off rough, not old school Disney's Dumbo rough but more like Pixar's Inside Out rough and ended with my little one and I having the sweetest nighttime moments. My heart swells with joy and pride when I think of how far we came with the help of Magda, our sleep consultant from Good Night Sleep. Here's our story: I have a 3 year old and a newborn. The 3 year old may have worn me down and we established not so healthy bedtime routines. There was a lot of stress leading up to the bedtime routine and honestly, I dreaded it. There would be tears, pleading, screaming that ultimately lead to me giving in and going in to lay with my toddler until he fell asleep. I thought it was a phase and I could deal with it but it wasn't and when the new baby came, I couldn't. That's when I reached out to Good Night Sleep and spoke to Magda. I remember feeling that I could breathe a little easier after that first call. Everything that I told Magda, she'd seen before and she was confident she could help us develop a nighttime routine that worked for our family. She did. She also helped me communicate it to my kiddo and get him excited about it. The first night.I was slightly terrified that first night but my little one surprised me and it went better than I could have dreamed. Was it easy, no. But he understood what was happening and every night after, it got better and better. Magda was also there every step of the way for two weeks to answer all my questions and adjust where needed. We've now had this new bedtime for 4 months and it's still going well. Instead of screening and crying, my night ends with hugs & kisses, and a night, night mommy...I Luv You. I'll take that fairy tale ending! I'm sure if you're doing your research and reading reviews, you're struggling in your own way with sleep. I would 100% say to Make the Call and Have a Conversation with their team of experts.

I went in ONE TIME to reassure him, on night two, and that was it. With Jennifer's incredible support and education on baby's sleep needs and biology Neo was sleeping 12 hours a night from night one. I believe babies take many of their cues from mom's confidence or lack thereof and Jennifer gave me so much confidence through this process which gave Neo confidence and made this whole thing go SO smoothly. I went from nursing my toddler on and off for the entire night every single night to fully night weaned (we still enjoy our morning and early evening nursing sessions) and I have slept 7 hours for 3 or 4 nights straight now after such a very long time of an extremely broken 5-6 hours a night and I know it will just improve from here. Baby is well rested for the first time in his life and knows he is totally capable of putting himself to sleep and getting himself back to sleep if he does wake. Thank you so much, Jennifer, this has been life changing for my family!

Callie (office manager) is super friendly and was able to schedule me in asap when my appliance broke and was accomodating when I got to the office with 2 kids under 2 (she helped watch them for me when I saw Dr. Viviano). Dr. Viviano was originally my dentist, but he retired from that to focus on the sleep disorders. He was thorough in explaining what the new appliances are like, how to maintain it, etc. Since I've been wearing the oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea for the last 7 years, I knew exactly what to expect. When I had the moulds prepared, the technician had to do it over 5 times for my lower teeth as Dr. Viviano wanted nothing short of perfect (other doctors would probably send the first mould to the lab). The appliance came in within 2 weeks (Callie put in a rush order for me because she knew how important the sleep appliance is to me for getting a good night's sleep). There was a follow up appointment a few weeks later where I then took home a sleep monitor to track effective the new appliance is (and whether I was getting enough oxygen while I slept). A few nights later, I brought the sleep monitor back to the office, they downloaded the results and Dr. Viviano gave me the ok to continue using the appliance (no further adjustments were needed). If you're in need of a sleep apnea oral appliance, come here! Callie put together a thorough payment package for me (included doctor's notes and prescriptions, sleep test results, etc) and I had no issues with getting money back from my benefit insurance company.

There are glasses that block the light that disrupts your sleep cycle. In fact there is everything you could possibly need to help you get a good sleep. Along with the education you need to know what is disrupting your sleep. There is tea and goat milk soap and bath fizzy balls. There are yoga classes as well. And relaxation breathing exercises. And it's great for gift ideas for friends and family. Definitely well worth stopping in.
