Didn't feel like this was worth the rate they charge. I did have a place to sleep but heard all the doors in hall super early in the morning, cleaning crew knocked for 3 straight minutes on the door in the morning in spite if the do not disturb hanger on the door, open used soap that was back in the wrapper left at the bathroom sink, and dirt spits in bathroom wall and front of cabinet. Would be more acceptable if they werent charging this much but definitely wont be staying here again.

Undetermined stain

We haven't stayed in a Sleep Inn for quite some time. After reading the positive reviews, we decided to give this one a try. The young lady at the front desk was friendly enough and efficient. There is no water available and cookies are not offered (come on, a simple treat). And the waivers that needed to be signed - one for pets, one for smoking, and one for a charge to use the safe. Um, what? This isn't the Ritz Carlton. The hallways are dark and need something to brighten them up. We chose to walk the stairs rather than use the elevator. The stairwell was nice and wide and carpeted and full of dried mud! Which was not removed before we left the next day. The room itself appeared clean. However, of the two queen(?) size beds one had an unusual stain on the sheet and the other one had a few strands of hair and some undetermined crumbs. Were these sheets actually changed? Please tell me yes. The shower needed replacement or cleaning as it was full of minerals and wild sprays. The refrigerator was turned off to save energy so took awhile to cool down. The heat/cooling fan was fairly quiet but it kept cutting on and off every 5 minutes or so which became annoying. The walls are thin so you can clearly hear your neighbors talking and bumping around (seriously felt the wall move behind the bed). We must have been in the wrong room because even with earplugs there was continuous road noise from I-70. On the positive side, the WII FI worked pretty decent. The free breakfast has the bare minimum but to be fair the scrambled eggs were very good as was the coffee. After breakfast, I went to use the ladies bathroom on the main floor but there was no toilet paper. I mentioned this to the two staff members standing at the front desk. One said "thank you I'll get to it sometime today". Sometime today. That's all I have to say.

Beautiful recently renovated rooms.

I booked the hotel room just 20 minutes before our arrival. They had our reservation ready and check in was a breeze. The room is really nicely done, updated, nicely decorated, a small but important detail to me- they have make up removal clothes in your room. Small fridge and microwave in the room. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We were really pleased! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

So, I book the M6 Colby less than an hour away from my travels on I70. I get there and realize that…read morethe walk-up price is $18 less than I paid online. Well, whatever, so I go in and tell the desk clerk (who I'm pretty sure is also the owner) that I made a reservation. He interoogates me about pets (which were alreay on the reservation) and then says that I didn't list a second guest, and that would be an additional $15. This is absurd, of course, and I haven't heard on any M6 doing this for a long time, and it was usually like $3 or $5 back when they did. I ask him what if I just take the walkup rate and then add a guest instead, and he tells me that would be the same price, even though of course it would not and he's simply lying to me at that point. So I go outside to talk to my spouse and then come back to begrudgingly agree to this shakedown. I'm then told that dogs are not allowed on the bed and that there would be a cleaning fee if they were. This is, of course, both beyond insane and a clear viloation of the "pets stay free" policy that the company stands behind overall--there's nothing in the fine print about keeping them locked in a crate while in the room with their people, or anything like that. At least--and this is important--he did agree to cancel my reservation and let me walk at that point when I was like, no deal. If you want to be nickel and dimed until a budget motel costs the same as a better brand with more services, please by all means come here and be cheated by this deeply dishonest and unpleasant man.

Room was surprisingly clean for a cheap motel room. Thinnest walls ever and they put all guests in…read morerooms next to eachother even when the place is half empty likely due to convenience for cleaning. Water shoots out of the sink and splashes you if you turn it on all the way. No shampoo/conditioner just bar soap. AC/heat is very loud but I'd prefer that white noise to people watching tv all night in the room next to us. For a one night stay it was bearable but if we were staying more than one night, definitely not the move.
