Especially in the dead of winter, it had hot water which just comes out of the shower with no warmimg up. Heat is turned on in the office when you check in, so it took a short time to warm up in the room. Beds were comfortable enough, but two amenities I found impressive were a good, high speed wifi, and TV service with a wide range of channels which definitely aided my relaxation. Management speaks English that is heavily accented but understandable. They were reluctant to take my pet but did do it with a fee. I think the outside door locked, but the chain lock did not work correctly, which left me a bit insecure. There is coffee available in the morning, but no substantial breakfast really. Yet overall, I found it comfortable and adequate for just passing through. Located directly across from a large truck stop made picking up a few needed supplies easy. There is a Comfort Inn and Suites directly across from this property, but I think Knight's Inn provides a quiet, economical alternative to a larger, busier neighboring motel, which especially caters to the trucking industry clientele. I really found it fairly good value if you are just passing through. I recommend giving it a try..
