The employee is nice. We bought a Sleeee Elite with digital remote. The remote is horrible and loses connection. Customer service can't help unless I have serial number which is under the bed. I have a model number and PART NUMBER but they told me they make so many models they can't track by item or model number. called store and they don't track serial number. I will take the bed a part but I can promise to never buy from Mattress Firm again. I will also make sure I pass my experience to everyone know. if the remotes worked it would be a different story. read more

Not a fan of buying a mattress almost as bad as buying a car. Came to Sleep Experts for the sales. They had good sales but they have them all the time. Sleep Experts has plenty of mattresses to try out but the prices are a little high. The sales people will stay on you the whole time trying to hard sale you. Do not like the hard sale but all the mattress store seem to do this type of business. Sleep experts has a bed to lie on to tell you what type of mattress to buy. It is a hoax to me. You know what you like. The information was not helpful in my opinion for picking out the mattress. After the report they show you the very high dollar mattresses. I like a deal I will get nice but not paying over 5000.00 for a mattress. After some very hard selling and telling the guy no about 10 times we finally found a mattress we settled on. Hard to tell if you really like it when you try it for 1 minutes. As for a store they did a good job very, very helpful and nice. Just a hard sell and a lot of information to much information. read more

Have you ever been to a place where they answered every question that you never thought you needed answers for? That is this place. We were in the market for a bed and they put us on this bed that measures all your pressure points and suggests the best bed for you (most likely a waste of time). Well of course, as we laid down on our first mattress, it was wonderful, and it better have been for over $8,000. Once telling him that it was way over budget, he took us to a $4,000 bed. Again, WAYYYY over our budget. The salesman was the store manager and spoke in a hypnotic soft voice which was really kind of creepy. He kept us moving from bed to bed and was starting to get on my nerves with the prices although I had told him our approx. budget. Finally, we found a mattress that we both liked and was in our budget then the high-pressure sales started. We told him we would leave and discuss our options, but he would move in front of us and point us back towards the bed. This went on for a while making me just want to leave. Finally, we left and did some normal shopping. While driving back by the store on the way home we stopped back in and bought the mattress that we liked. Boy have mattresses gotten blinking expensive. I really don't want to do this again for like 100 years or more. read more

We bought what we thought was new mattress 5 months ago. It is saggy and lumpy now. I have hip pain and my husband has back pain. I'm sure they sold us a used mattress passed off as new. Save your back and cash. Go somewhere else. read more

Like all shoppers, I walked into Sleep Experts with the intentions of once again looking at the mattress, possible sit on a few, then go back home, look at my bank account, get depressed and go fall on my 26 year old deflated mattress and cry myself to sleep......instead I walked into the showroom, was greeted by the sales person and after a few minutes of us chatting he said: "I'm going to let you look around a little and I'll be right over here IF you have any questions ". Now salespeople have said those words to men before....but with him it sounded sincere some how. I looked around a bit, sat on some beds and found one I liked. I asked a few questions, he asked a few questions, we moved around a bit and then he suggested one of the beds I had been wanting since I first lay on it. We worked together dealing with credit, setting up delivery and within a couple of days, I had the bed I had wanted for the past five years all set up and in my room. I've slept better than I have in decades! A good bed makes all the difference in a the world. And good customer service goes a long way with me. I recommend this place to everyone I know. A salesman full of his sales pitch....promised never delivered...they took my bed on the phone with management and told me to sign off on the delivery. Matt was his name...I did. They told me (the same moment upon delivery they would make it right) Today nothing but the run around ......promised base was adjustable....not! The adjustable bed platform didn't work....I was told the delivery guys should have taken care of it... A week out of any coming and taking care of delivery.....Again, great salesperson with all the lies.....I'm without a bed. Told them. It's my bed. . .they would be Sunday And they want to send out extensions on the bed frame that was promised to me it would work on my bed. I don't want extensions on the base the sales person told me that the bed frame would go up to 24" again nothing delivered as promised....they can come get everything...lots of promises, no delivery. read more

Such a great experience from the customer service side, and an amazing mattress!! Also this is random, but the guys who delivered our mattress were the friendliest delivery crew I have ever come across. We recently went into this store to look at mattresses and worked with Matt F. who provided us exceptional service. He gave us a great price, took time to hear what we wanted/needed in a mattress, didn't pressure us into picking a specific one and was even helpful with our toddler as we looked around. They also had a little lego table for her to play at which was helpful if you're bringing little ones with you. The mattress is SO comfortable. Ever since we received it I can tell a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. I go to sleep faster and wake up less and my husband said his back does not hurt in the same way it used to with our old mattress. To be completely honest I recently had an issue with my mattress so called the store to find out what I needed to do and the guy was rude. So I filled out a feedback email on the website on a Sunday afternoon and within a few hours a separate employee (Matt I don't believe he was from the store ) called and arranged for a brand new mattress and was so patient with all my questions. Then about an hour later the District Manager Dale called to Follow up and apologize and ask if I needed anything else and in the future just to call him direct. The manager flat out lied about the sale to make a higher commission, helped us last when we came in first, and they had to deliver twice because the box spring was ripped en route. They also ripped some paint off our door during delivery. We will never buy here again. read more

I went there today to look at some mattress', in particular the Tempur-Pedic line. When i walked in the door I was the only customer there and the man working there took his time to try and greet me. He did not even get out of his seat to greet me but instead sat there asking if I was really interested in purchasing a bed or not since I am a college student. His name was Bobby by the way. By the time we got to it he just asked what I wanted to look at and was not helpful at all he just said here they are and stood there asking if I wanted to buy it or not and made me feel really pressured. He pretty much rolled his eyes at me while I took my time looking at the mattress', I mean come on if I am willing to drop $4000 on a bed I expect a heck of a lot more service from someone that works there. I just got fed up with it and started to walk out the door and as I was he told me that they work on commission so I should buy it with him or not waste his time! So no I absolutely do not recomend this place at all!! Please stay away! I ended up buying the Cloud-Luxe at Mattress Firm down the road who were so much more helpful! read more

Warning...this place will rip u off...I've purchased a mattress a couple of months ago with MATT MORGAN...financed the mattress through progressive leasing...received an invoice with an incorrect balance...the manager MATT MORGAN would not correct the balance...had to file an investigation with progressive and waited 6 weeks for the balance to be corrected through progressive...Matt lied to progressive and said that the reason he would not correct the invoice is because he did delivered the mattress, along with the mattress protector which cost around $170 dollars...pretty pricey for a mattress protector that was never delivered...I personally called Matt and canceled the mattress protector...never would I go to this place to buy a mattress again... I have purchased a mattress here before in the past and had a really good experience with other sales reps and manager.
