I really want to give this business a better rating! the person that helped me was not very attentive and I felt like I was bothering him. Thankfully MJ came in and took over. We just spent $5000 with this company only to find out that the bed is correct however all the sheets that we ordered were for the wrong size. Like I said the original person helping us didn't really care. When we returned to have the order corrected Mike took over with a smile handled everything immediately thank us and even remembered us from when we bought our first mattress a few years ago. He was very knowledgeable about the product and not at one moment we felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. He guided us to use the technology they have on site that measures our pressure points based on the position we sleep which gave us the better mattress options instead of us having to try a million mattresses on the store. 1. bought a Beautyrest mattress years ago from a different retailer, and it is wonderful 2. Needed another mattress and decided on another Beautyrest because of our positive experience with the one we already own. Happened to be near Sleep Experts, went inside, bought a mattress. 3. Mattress arrived, collapsed first night. Huge dents and pits. Back pain. Pinched nerves from sleeping on it. Awful awful awful. 4. Back to store to get a different mattress from the Love Your Mattress guarantee. Salesman accused us of having incorrect foundation, so we had to have that conversation. 5. Chose another mattress, paid a little more, scheduled delivery. 6. Delivery people arrived hours late, so our out-of-town guests got to enjoy that. Lots of hassle with delivery. Way too many phone calls. Ridiculous. Finally got new mattress. 7. Pits and dents. Not as immediate as the first one, but it's still not a good mattress. Note: We are not kids. We've bought a lot of mattresses in a variety of price ranges. This was an expensive mattress that was junk, just like the first one. 8. Contacted manufacturer to find out if they only make junk now or if they are selling junk to this retailer and good mattresses to the other retailer. Finally got confirmation that that is indeed the case. 9. Returned 2nd mattress to Sleep Experts. Delivery guys had us trapped waiting on them half the day again. Way too many phone calls to get it done. 10. Now we're waiting on delivery of a good mattress from another retailer, and we're expecting that it will take several more phone calls to get the money refunded for the lousy mattress. PS - Sleep Experts deletes Facebook posts like this. However, there are lots of nearly identical posts declaring specific sales people (with first and last name, because you always get that info) the greatest ever. This company eventually did honor their guarantee, but take your vitamins so you have enough energy to deal with them. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! Stay far far far away!!! First of all, they lied to us. They told us they would call us 30 mins before delivery to let us know they would be there and did not. Instead they called us after they left the house. We tired to call back 9 times but the delivery guy refused to answer his phone because obviously, he didn't want to do his job. Then, the sale associate tried to call her own warehouse to get the guy to come back... Her own warehouse wouldn't answer the phone!!!! They I called for a full refund because I wasn't going to give my hard earned money to a bunch of idiot liars, and they tell me I could not get my money back for 10 working days and they couldn't even start the Refund policy until they got confirmation from the warehouse that the mattress wasn't delivered. I asked the sales guy how the hell was he suppose to get confirmation from the warehouse when he couldn't even get his own warehouse to call him back!!!! Over all super bad experience. I had just recently decided I needed a new mattress and was contemplating on where I should go. I made most of my house hold goods purchases from a local retailer and found out the salesperson I dealt with was no longer with them. I was not satisfied with some of the options they offered. I decided to stop by sleep experts my first time every in one of their locations. Very nice and clean store and was greeted by my salesperson from the other retailer. MJ had taken great care of me before and I knew I was going to receive the same service as before. I explained to MJ what I was needing and price range. She used the expert match gave me some options. I selected the bed I wanted delivery was the next day. Once again MJ took good care of me. To bad she does not sale trucks need a new one. I would recommend giving sleep experts your business. MJ is very knowledgeable and patient. If she didn't know something her co worker Danny helped find the answer. Outstanding service.
