The staff are overwhelmed, there is a high turnover in rehabs because addicts, and those of us with co-occurring disorders, are not the easiest clients to deal with: give them some grace. My biggest complaint is the scheduling system, more specifically rescheduling and cancellations. It is almost impossible to cancel an appointment or talk to an actual human on the phone. I had to cancel an appointment due to me of my children getting sick, I tried to cancel over the phone but was sent to a voicemail which I'm assuming they don't listen to. I was then considered a "no show" for the appointment I tried to cancel on the phone. They try and charge you $50 for that no show. The communication is a joke. Avoid.

If I cancelled, there would be a $50 cancel fee. I left voice mail to cancel. I will be curious if they send me a bill for $50. Talk about INCOMPETENT BIZ. RUN RUN RUN AWAY from this biz.
