The piece I was in need of is an older version for vinyl fencing. Unfortunately, my findings were my fence style is no longer available. Oh-oh!!!! Veronica, who was the person they assisted me, didn't give up, in her effort to find me a solution. She had a few pieces of fencing that was removed from a house recently and guess what!!!! She found an exact match. Wow!!! To make this experience even more amazing, she had her team cut it to size for me. I was VERY CLEAR about the fact that we wanted 2-rail fencing to match the existing 2-rail railing that was installed on the front porch when we bought the house. You would THINK that shouldn't be an issue, given the fact that Lowe's offers plenty of 2-rail fencing, plus 2-rail gates in the sizes we need, etc. But when the quote came back, not only did Nick try to ram-rod me into buying fencing with a different design, but he also missed significant aspects of what we talked about in the design. He also advised me that he doesn't generally get his materials from Lowe's, which came as a bit of a surprise since they referred me to him. Wish I would have looked at the other reviews here before even attempting to work with this guy, but I trusted Lowe's to be putting me in touch with someone who does quality work, not half-azz crap.

Western fence said call lift master because that's all they would do. I couldn't get it to go online with the help of liftmaster and they suggested a tech come look at the gate. Lift master gave me names of service people. Called another company. He fixed the problem with the app, fixed a wire still shorting out ( I observed still shorting out but I wondered if it was the same one western fence fixed?) ...... stay away.
