The design was also changed because the chrome application wasn't working. She said, "I'm sorry, I don't know why the chrome isn't sticking on your nails." The final result looked nothing like the picture. Even though the design was changed to something easier, she still didn't do it like the reference, and when I asked her if she thought she could do it, she said yes. I waited for more than two hours. I arrived at 4:30 pm and left around 6:50 pm. At the end, she was clearly rushing because I was the last client.

As advised by the esthetician, I contacted customer service to discuss the unexpected price increase. Unfortunately, I felt that no one took responsibility for the misinformation regarding the pricing. It would have been appreciated if either the representative who booked my appointment or the esthetician had confirmed the actual cost before beginning the service so I could have made an informed decision. I was also told that this pricing discrepancy had happened before, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience. While Nina was friendly, the lack of communication about pricing, the poor customer service afterward, and the final results of my henna brows did not meet my expectations.
