Army Veteran relocating from California to Tennessee…read more I was stranded on the highway by Boonville after my car wouldn't start, I called Nash's towing around 3 AM and they immediately responded within 30 minutes of calling them. It was about 15/20 degrees Fahrenheit and these guys came out hooked up the car and let me get warm in their tow vehicle. Not only that the driver was able to help me by taking me to a local hotel, so I could be safe that same night. (I paid to stay at comfort Inn). Today is Jan 3, I was planning on getting my car shipped and yet again I call Nash Tow and had a driver outside within the next 15/20 minutes. Aside from that, they even called me to notify me that he was almost here. I give them 10 Stars for communication, for caring, and for helping get my car to the next safe location. Thank you Nash's Tow Inc. you guys have been very helpful. - Alex Fernandez

He was there within 20 minutes of me submitting my issue through my insurance, he recommended a good auto-repair shop in Boonville, walked me through the whole process of how to drop my car off, contacting, and picking up, AND drove me down the road to a Wendy's/Truck Stop to wait for my ride to pick me up after, at no extra charge. He made a stressful experience (especially for a first time tow) so smooth and I know in the future he/this company will be reliable for my drives from Kansas City to St. Louis!

DO NOT USE. I have contacted my lawyer about these crooks towing my car 20 miles across town when I had a dead battery. The car was parked safely and not impeding traffic. I went to pick it up and of course they are cash only with no atm. I had a flight to catch and no time to go to an atm. I had $230 on me and was given a hard no. Over $500 and it was towed around 30 hours before I made it to their shady office. Straight up thieves.

I called up Guns and he was out the same day after picking up the new ignition cylinder, removed the old cylinder, inserted the new- and it started right up. My dad's truck was towed there after an accident. We called ahead and were told we could retrieve important personal belongings with proof of insurance or payment. When we showed up, they gave us the runaround and refused access to the vehicle or his belongings. We came back the next business day with another towing company to remove the truck only to find several valuables and important documents had been stolen from the vehicle and parts of the vehicle removed; the title to the vehicle had been stolen, a firearm stolen, his GPS system was stolen and various other valuables missing. When we asked about it, the dark haired, crooked nose female receptionist was laughing about it and her along with other staff denied everything and acted completely dismissive. I70 towing /slate towing are both full of lying, unprofessional THIEVES. I urge you to Use extreme caution dealing with these companies as they're both ran by the same dishonest, corrupt people.
