Anywhere you sit is a great spot because they have several screens to look at for the the numbers that are called. The earlier you show up the faster you can buy the bingo sheets and relax for a bit. They do start the games right on time so if you're still in line by the time the official start time comes around then you will miss at least the first game. Although it can get chaotic on bigger prize days, they try their best to keep everything organized and running smoothly. As is with many bingo halls a lot of people know each other and come here often, but that is no reason for you to not show up and have some fun. They do serve food here ranging from nachos, pretzels, pizza and more. All of the volunteers and workers are so nice and they truly want you to have a good time. Overall, this is a fun bingo hall and a great place to win some cash money!

PLUS YOU HAVE TO BUY 2 MORE SPECIALS TO JUST PLAY all games that don't come in the pack.. then, I ordered a large popcorn and the guy at the food stand said he only had enough for a small, when clearly he could of made more just didn't want to. Go else where this place used to be good back in the day. Will not come back!!

I ate different meals there - Saturday breakfast buffet, Weds burger night, and Friday Riders Steak, etc meal. All were restaurant quality in my opinion (okay, we don't eat out much at fancy restaurants) , -- as the cooks with their volunteer helpers all took pride in what they were doing. The great thing is it wasn't just a bunch of "old guys" like some of the other Posts, but it seems like they are getting a good amount of younger Veterans to balance out the place. Plus, I really liked their long list of volunteer / charity work. So I joined.

I know they are in a perpetual fundraising cycle to improve the post but I'm sure that's most of the clubs. We have been a handful of times , mostly for Sunday breakfasts. It's reasonable prices and the food is ok. I've never had an issue with rude people or anything and I have never met the post commander. I've spoken to him on the phone a few times and he seems decent enough. If you qualify for membership, it's a nice outdoor venue for a party. We are having my daughter's graduation party and it's not over the top expensive to use for a few hours. We played bingo there yesterday and it was cheap enough. I've never been to a bingo hall and the last time I played bingo was almost 20 years ago at a church in Massachusetts. We are actually looking to be more visible at the place so I think I will be going quite a bit in the near future.

I live in LA, my sister…read moreand I were in town for a family wedding, and I was immediately struck by the insane variety and quality of the pinball games - I've been to many "barcades" and not a single "out of order" sign in sight. The machines range from your older "Escape From Mars" variety (my fave) to your more modern type. Also, having just walked in as a first-time patron/out-of-towner, I was impressed by the staff's hospitality. Kayla and Nate were so friendly and welcoming, greeting us right away at the bar and telling us about the menu and games setup. Kayla recommended the garlic parmesan bacon waffle fries and we also got the spicy fried pickles, both delicious. We ordered an Aviation Knocker which was delish but I do think if I had to do it over, their whiskey drinks are where it's at. We ended up staying well past our hour of pinball just for Kayla and Nate's great conversation. My sister and I even bought a shirt to take home as a souvenir, we had such a great time.

They had $15/hr for unlimited play as of this writing and our party of four certainly got our money's worth. It wasn't crowded at all on a Monday at 1pm (unsurprisingly) and we kind of took over the place. An older gentleman was working the whole place, and he made some surprisingly good cocktails for what is basically an arcade. It's not huge, but a decent size, with two floors. A few machines on the first floor was off limits for unlimited play, but everything else was fair game. Our favorites were the South Park (natch) and Iron Maiden machines, along with an oddball non-pinball machine called Ice Cold Beer which was simple but quite challenging. A great place for flippin' and sippin', as their sign says.

While walking, I came across Lion's Lair, where Travis invited me inside to enjoy a live podcast and some music. I figured, why not? It seemed like a cool place to check out. When I walked in, I noticed the pinball machine and some interesting artwork on the walls. One piece in particular caught my attention. It depicted a cowboy being shot with a caption along the lines of "You sat down too fast." I thought it was hilarious and was actually considering purchasing it. Unfortunately, what started as a spontaneous and enjoyable experience quickly turned negative. Shortly after entering, a woman named Aubrey approached me and asked what I was doing there. I explained that I had been invited inside for the live podcast and music. Her response was, "That's not what we're here for. I want your ID." I had no idea an ID was required to be inside, but I had absolutely no issue providing one. It was her unnecessarily rude and confrontational approach that caught me off guard. When I asked for her name, she responded, "It doesn't matter." I politely reiterated that I'd like to know her name, especially since she was demanding identification from me at a place I had just been personally invited into. Only then did she identify herself as Aubrey. Rather than explaining the establishment's policy respectfully, she continued with the attitude and threatened to kick me out if I didn't provide my ID. At that point, Travis stepped in and said something along the lines of, "Oh yeah, buddy, sorry, we do need an ID for you to be here." My response was simple: "Yeah, no problem, man, but it's how you ask things and your attitude." I stepped outside, then returned and provided my ID without any issue. Again, the ID requirement was never the problem. It was the way I was approached and spoken to. What made the situation even more disappointing was learning that Aubrey apparently doesn't even work there. From what I observed, she seemed to be familiar with Travis and the bartender, possibly as a regular. If that's the case, I find it even more inappropriate that someone who isn't an employee would approach a guest in such an aggressive manner and threaten to remove them. To Travis's credit, he was respectful, approachable, and mature enough to apologize, which I genuinely appreciated. Aubrey, however, never acknowledged her behavior or offered an apology. I firmly believe that being an adult means recognizing when you've handled something poorly and taking accountability for it. A simple apology, some courtesy, and a little respect can go a long way toward de-escalating a misunderstanding. It's not always about what you say, but how you say it. Despite the unpleasant interaction, I did enjoy the live podcast and the music. I also thought the atmosphere, pinball machine, and artwork gave the place a lot of character. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to enjoy the experience and potentially return, especially since I'll be spending time in the neighborhood. Would I come back? Probably not. As someone new to the area who was simply exploring the neighborhood and accepted a friendly invitation inside, I expected a more welcoming experience. Instead, I was met with hostility from someone who apparently wasn't even an employee. I appreciate Travis for his hospitality and for handling the situation professionally, but the interaction with Aubrey left a lasting negative impression. A welcoming atmosphere isn't just about the music, artwork, or drinks. It's also about how people are treated when they walk through the door.
