I then asked her if she knew a currency exchange in the area that did, and she mumbled something that I couldn't hear. When I asked if she would repeat what she said she hung the phone up. I called back to ask her if she knew somewhere in the area where another currency exchange could help me and she acted as if I was bothering her. Someone told me to go to the UPS store which I did and got much more professional service. I will NEVER use this place again. I wonder if their employees realize that their customers are the ones responsible for them getting a salary...no customers, no salary. I sure won't be going back!
