This location is situated in the mall area of the Shops of North Bridge. There is parking in the 516 N Rush parking facility. Access to the currency exchange is just outside of Nordstrom, across from the Jellycat plushy store. You can access Nordstrom from the parking facility. You have to take the escalator to the top, then go through the store to the mall. The currency exchange itself is a small enclosed area. The young woman, Tricha, who took care of me and The Queen was super nice and very careful when it came to counting out our money. She was great. She explained the exchange rate and carefully told us how much we had requested in pesos and counted it out in a slow manner so we could see each bill being counted out. She also explained the process for us to return any money not spent in Mexico to get back dollars. The exchange rates and service were very good and this will be my go to for exchanging dollars to foreign currency.

I got all the info I needed and now I will go somewhere else and do my business. I don't understand why people can be so rude and ignorant when dealing with the public. If you don't have a good attitude then get a job at a desk or in a basement where nobody has to interact with you.
