They woman working in the store were just incredibly friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. They were also really nice to talk with as well. I was so surprised to find Yixing Teapots and cups in the store as well. They were authentic and the prices were great!!! Stopping here really made our day!!!

When we asked that the loose slip of information on the back of the poster be attached to the back of it after being mounted in the frame, the owner said they do that routinely, so not to worry. We even heard her instruct the employee putting the measurements in the computer to include that the slip should be attached to the finished back of the frame. We saw him enter that request, so we were confident they would follow the instructions. Except they didn't include our item, and didn't return it to us, and they still can't find that slip of information, which must have been discarded. Instead, they attached a colorful sticker identifying the shop, and also a sticker about the special glass. We stopped by last week to inquire the status, because we hadn't heard back in over a month. The owner was ever so breezy about how she'd just have a look in the workshop to find the item, as if it was a trivial matter, but after 10 minutes she still hadn't returned, so we left after providing our phone number yet again to an employee. Finally, someone called today to say that the owner found some information for us online and will mail it to us. It's a small printout about the image. It's a nice gesture. It would have been nicer if the owner had expressed her regret for what happened, and if she had given us her assurance that this wouldn't happen again, and if she had explained how it is they included their own material on the back of the poster, but not ours. The employees in the front of the store are particularly pleasant and helpful, so I am surprised the owner wasn't more solicitous. Please think twice about handing this shop any provenance about your artwork. If the owner simply had apologized for the mistake, we might have been inclined to give the shop the benefit of the doubt in the future. But without having received an acknowledgement that they are sorry this happened, we will take our framing elsewhere. We will miss the shop's great selection of unique greeting cards, but feel we should shift our shopping elsewhere.

From the very start, he was so kind and very welcoming. He engaged in casual conversation with me in the most comforting and friendly way. He was adorable and sweet. I was just looking around and seeing what they had and he acted like I was the most important customer. I had no intention of buying anything - since I was just window shopping that day, but I really wanted to support him and his business and ended up purchasing a very cute pair of elephant earrings. Since then I've seen Greg around and have come to find he's just a wonderfully kind man. You definitely want to check this place out. It's full of fascinating, exquisite, and beautiful art and sweet little gifts. Support local business and the wonderful people like Greg that help to make this world a better place!

Just ask. Anything. Seriously, ANYTHING. This is a high end boutique that offers locally created jewelry, glass, sculpture, pottery, wood stuffs, paintings, photographs, some furniture, and textiles. Attached to the shop are two more shops: 1. The Kitchen Sync - amazing kitchen store - gadgets, electrics, glassware, barware, tableware, cookbooks, tons of cool kitchen stuff, great for gifts. 2. Gallery 2 - the upstairs art gallery. Much of this is local art and some consignment. A couple other things... - Free gift wrapping. I wrapped SOOO many gifts in high school that I am totally a master at it now. I can make a seriously impressive bow with a couple feet of ribbon. Sweet. - Will ship your purchases anywhere you want. - If you see something you sort of like but not quite, say something to an employee and they will check if something more to your preference can be special ordered. - The bathroom is less than impressive and therefore supposedly for employees only, but if you ask the right person s/he will let you in it. Don't judge the lavender paint job - I did it myself.

It is hard to find great family events when your kids are in their 20's. This was a super choice,…read moreand we all loved it. We can't even agree on where to vacation or a restaurant, so this is a great find. First, Jordana scheduled this directly with me, always quick to respond to emails. We had the price list ahead of time, so were able to check things out ahead. That was great. There were many different items to choose from, and we chose a paperweight, 2 vases and a bowl. Hubby started by making his paperweight. Throughout, Jordana answered questions (and we had many) and explained what we were doing. It was so cool just to be so close to the ovens. J and her helper (forgot his name) had their hands helping us when needed, and guiding us as we went through the steps. You turn the rod slowly, then you go pick up the colors you chose before we started, then you go back to the oven to get it hot again, etc. Was super. We were able to finesse what we wanted as we went along, too. So my daughter and I both made vases, but mine is a traditional straight sided vase in bright blues and hers is a triangular vase with a wide bottom in browns. So cool. We liked it so much we decided we would go annually for a family excursion. AND yelped helped us choose the Smoking Trout down the street for lunch, which we really enjoyed. I expected it to cost up to $500, but it was $375, including everything. I picked it up a couple of days later. This for us, was such a great choice. HIGHLY recommend this to families.
