The flowers were decent but the recipient, who was an avid gardener, said the arrangements were rather thin (i.e. not exactly full even though I paid for large ones.) When I spoke to the person who answered, she said they would send out a new arrangement if I wished. I declined. When I got home and saw the size of the arrangement WITH OUT a butterfly, I was legit just beyond disappointed. Not only did it take all day, but to pay what I paid, with out a butterfly and for basically just carnations and mums, I should have just done the arrangement myself. I called to express my issue, the owner answered with what seemed like a party going on in the background. Explaining that the butterfly must have fallen off in transit, Claremont roads are bumpy because of frost heaves, and she could drop the butterfly off the next day. This place is a joke. I wanted to make someone special smile on a sad day, and this place sucks and is extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be doing what they do.
