    Ok. After reading some of these reviews I have to step in…read more Some background about me. I am an owner of multiple properties (a mix of duplexes and triplexes etc.) that Realty Roundup manages for me. I finally found Realty Roundup after going through a number of property managers that were truly terrible over the years. I can say that overall Realty Roundup has done a great job for me as a landlord - rent collections, monthly financial statements, connecting me with local contractors - all with a fair price. At the same time as a landlord, I can say that Realty Roundup sticks up for the tenants when appliances need fixing or repairing, making sure to upkeep the property, and responding to tenants when they need something, working with tenants who are behind on their rents to avoid costly and lengthy evictions that hurts everybody both landlords and tenants alike. The problem lies with: 1) Deadbeat landlords that refuse to pay a penny for regular repairs and maintenance that expect full market rents and timely payments. When landlords refuse to properly maintain the property, the property managers (i.e. Realty Roundup) gets blamed for the for what the landlord refuses to do. I can tell you from discussions with my property manager that Realty Roundup finds these type of landlords very frustrating to deal with and has even "fired" these deadbeat landlords over time. 2) Tenants that absolutely disrespect the property for no reason. I've lived in my house for 16 years and have never seen the type of damage that is caused by some tenants who rent a place for say 2 years. Hardwood floors being destroyed, appliances stolen, rooms spray painted with graffiti and fixtures destroyed or stolen. All the while they stopped paying any rent for the last six months or so. Why? This causes repairs, maintenance, renovations and turnover costs to be astronomical which results in higher rents, more scrutiny, less appetite to be flexible and loss of funds to accommodate tenant requests in the future. All the while Realty Roundup is stuck in the middle getting it from both the tenant and the landlord for doing a bad job. Landlords and tenants need to both be responsible so that Realty Roundup (and frankly all property managers) can do its job properly. Thank you Realty Roundup (and my property manager MJ) for doing a fantastic job for both me and my tenants.

Do you even know that the side door to the master bedroom yard has no lock. In Fact anyone get in through any doors. And when the fence is broken, there is no question of how anyone got in. The side fence, and front gate were broken and it took you more than 3 months to repair. in 5 years, this is the 2nd time you responded to my post. You never responded to my emails sent to you or Paula. I sent you an email on 08/10/21 and then on 09/13/2021 with pictures of the window. Now you can see those posted here on Yelp. The email clearly said, we were out of town, there is a bullet hole or something, gate has been broken for 3 months. Negligence from the owner and property management to fix that. The long crack is due to Realty round up not caring about the property and not fixing it when they got my email (wear and tear in 5 years due to heat ). Why in the world do you need a maintenance order if I sent you pictures in the email and notified you? You can't read a simple email. You did not care about he property then. And sorry, but you did not do me any favors by removing that charge , which should never be sent to me in the first place. Washer /dryer - NO paula did not forget and did not remember. she clearly told me the owner wants it back. Paula said to send her the email where I said i was replacing it , or I will have to bring it back. I had to prove myself that I had sent an email to you guys that I was replacing it. I have the text messages sent to Paula. Garden - the guy I hired and who came and mowed the lawn, garden and side fence outside on 03/07, i got his messages and pictures also. And the judge can see if the court loves the rat infested jungle when I moved there, or the garden I left. Rats - for the records, i had flowers in the garden Debbie. not food. Rats made the holes in the house, that I blocked with thick towels. You guys never cared to look or ask how they got into the house. you only placed traps in the attic, and the pest control told you guys there is a gap that should be closed, but you guys never did that either. tree stump - were firewood/ 4 years old ready to burn, since there is a fireplace inside, and i left my fire pit outside. that was more than $500 dollars worth. you did not even tell me to take it, after i emailed and told paula wat the wood is worth. but you will get a chance to justify all your incorrect reconciliation soon. Never want to fix anything but happy to keep my deposit to fix it all now. I do not want to waste my time and energy over you anymore. However, I will ensure I never recommend anyone to your company ever. The sad part is that not only your tenants but your landlords and vendors are unhappy and complaining based on the comments on yelp.

My journey started on Zillow, when I saw a gem which peaked my interest. I immediately sent a message and soon received a text message inviting me to an open house viewing. From the first introduction, I was impressed with Adams' management style as well as impressed with the house itself. After a brief conversation, Adam advised me if I was interested in the property to please apply ASAP (no pressure) as the property owner, his staff and OPM would all be going out of town for the holidays and since I was in a time crunch he would do his best to review my qualifications and present my application to the property owner. To my surprise, within two days, I received the message Congrats you are approved! WOW, what a blessing early Christmas and Birthday present. My family and I were OVERJOYED!! Adam is phenomenal at his job. He is dedicated to business, the property owner as well as me, their new tenant. While on vacation, cooking holiday dinner and nursing his precious sick daughter, he kept the lines of communication open. Often, I shared with him that we could resume business when he returned into town yet Adam stepped away from family duties to provide me with updates. As a new tenant I appreciated his commitment and felt welcomed into the family. Every step of the way, all of my questions were met with straightforward answers and the paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain-free and very reassuring. With any move, one might run into a few minor hiccups, and of course, Adam has taken care of any issue in a nice, polite and timely manner. I have been happy here with the overall management of this property, and I do not plan on a change any time soon. Thank you again Adam. I really had a great experience with you.     My partner and I were very interested in renting one of the properties listed by Owen's Property…read moreManagement, but unfortunately our experience has been frustrating from the start. We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

She promised that the issues we noticed during our scheduled visit would be fix; it was a lie!!! The moment we signed the lease everything went down. We were transferred over to Ravi Raj, property manager, for all inquiries regarding the rental. He is the most unprofessional, careless, and clueless person. He couldn't tell me how to request a mailbox key for 2 1/2 weeks, lied about all the trash bins full on the day we moved in, lied that maintenance will come fix the issues on the day we moved in; we waited a whole day no one showed up. He never cares about the urgency of our maintenance requests. Here is a funny story. I called the office to speak to Ravi. I was told by Bridget, the front desk lady, that he went out to lunch. I called an hour later, a backup staff answered the phone and told me that Ravi was out of the office the whole day. I demanded to speak to the owner of Eagle Property Management and that's when the staff then tells me, "Oh Ravi came back from lunch." I confronted her that she just lied to me and she was speechless and transferred the call. This is so unprofessional! Also, Darlene Mae Trofeo will make you do her job for you. She is in charge of booking maintenance when I've already provided her my availability and she will tell you to call the vendor. Not only that, she cancelled my appointment on the day of without telling me. She called the vendor to cancel it. She did that to me and I requested time off work, drove home, and waited for nothing. I found out because I called the vendor asking if they were coming out and was told no. Regarding the property, do not rent this place! The place looks presentable and like it has the whole package at a good price. Let me tell you nothing works!!!! There's no hot water and pressure in the bathtub. My 1 year old daughter couldn't bathe in her tub because the water was not hot and by the time it filled up water was cold. The washer and dryer doesn't work. We couldn't lock nor close the door from the kitchen to garage. Prior tenants never change the filter so it's filthy and a lot dust builds up within 2 days. The hood vent for the stovetop didn't work and filthy, a wobbly refrigerator, loosen drawers all of which are a hazard to my 1 year old daughter. We didn't live there long. We lasted 1 month and half and left the place. It's not livable! Also, getting our deposit back was a pain in the butt. We left the property 1/3/24. I was told by the owner that we would receive our security deposit by 1/25/24. We never got it. I contacted them and told that deposit was mailed 1/29/24. Never got it. I demanded a new check and was issued one. These are just some of the issues. The list goes on. I'm not a person to nag but this was the struggle I went through and I wouldn't want anyone to go through it as well. This property management is a red flag. If you choose to rent from them, good luck!

Please do not use this company to manage your properties. Unfortunately, you will be very disappointed, your properties will be either mismanaged or unmanaged, and you will likely be responsible for even higher or more costs with them "helping" you than you would have been without their fraudulent claims of being able to support you. They not only practice unlawful acts; that continuously increases the risk of the owner to be sued and negligible for any additional costs, but seemingly have no clue what they are doing. These companies are already very loosely regulated and get into business way too easily, please do your due diligence and ask for references and research prior to hiring or using shady services such as this one. After moving out, we were waiting for a security deposit that we had to continuously ask for. After 21 days, the legal amount of time that a landlord has to return the security deposit or send an itemized list of deductions per California law, we still did not hear anything regarding our security deposit. Then when we finally got a response, they asked for our forwarding address and stated that a check had been sent out that we never received. After 42 days, I called the office multiple times and when I finally got a call back he stated he can send it to us via Zelle. He was very rude and sent a partial payment of the security deposit amount. He refused to send full amount despite not following the California law. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
