We are presently renting this house and we are just happy and contented living here. Gorgeous place in a quiet neighborhood and a wonderful place to relax and unwind, as we call it home for now. The community is safe and it is also convenient to different stores and restaurants. It's a few minutes away from work and easy access to two freeways which is Hwy 99 and Hwy 5. Either way, you have options to choose if traffic occurs. Justina Fischer is a great Property Manager. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and great with following up issues or problems on time. This post is way overdue. But I rented a property from Skywest a long time ago. My experience was more than wonderful. My agent really worked with my budget and was extremely sympathetic towards my families situation. They allowed my family to live with dignity and gave us respect for any issue we encountered (which was not much). We had a water heater that went out and they replaced it within 24 hours. Our dishwasher was still working, but when my property manager came to inspect the new water heater she noticed that the dishwasher was a little outdated and ordered a new one. I appreciated that.
