Every driver showed up on time as expected, their instructions for getting places and how to spend our downtime were detailed and very helpful. I have been traveling for over 25 years and have never experienced anyone like this. I booked a…read moretrip in August 2017 for a travel date February 2018. This is by far the nastiest/laziest travel agent I have ever come access. She was very quick and response prior to booking. Once booked she gave attitude that she had to remind (myself and traveling parties) about final payment. When I asked her for confirmation email she always insist she send and never received. I asked her for plane seat numbers. As everyone knows when you travel with children it is important to be seated together. We booked in August therefore this should not be a problem. Once I received my seat numbers are we are scattered all over the place I asked her to call Delta and she has not. I tried to call and since her name controls the reservation they will not make the change for me. However they did advise me that better seats are available. She has yet to provide 2 traveling families (out of 4 families) any proof of confirmation number. She forgot to book one of the families flights and they are know forced to travel out of a different airport and separate from the other traveling families. I asked her to release the reservation to a different travel agent and she refuses. I asked her months ago to find out about Cabanas and she never followed up. DO NOT USE LUNAR TRAVEL

He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment he arrived. He took extra care with all of our wedding items, helping load and unload everything without us even having to ask. His thoughtfulness and consideration meant so much to us at the end of such a big day. We couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up the night!

PROS: this bridge is only 5 years old and looks beautiful. It's paved smoothly and they have a…read morelarge walking path too. You can park on NJs side to walk across the bridge. The toll is cheap compared to neighboring bridges too CONS: it's easy to miss the bridge because the road splits a few times before entering it OVERALL: great bridge to cross compared to GW bridge. And if you haven't already you should bike or walk across too

This is about a 7 mile walk across and back on the Mario Cuomo bridge. It is magnificent. The…read moreparking is easy, the bathrooms are clean, and the security staff friendly. The full walk is about 3 hours and was an amazing place to walk and talk and view the Hudson!
