Just In was first recommended to me by a professor, who had applied for appropriate travel documents through this agency. I trusted the person who referred me here, and I applied three times for Chinese visas through Just In, in 2011, 2012, and 2013. I actually just happened to find this review page this morning because I was looking up Just In to call upon their services again. Each time I applied for a visa through them, they were amazingly helpful; I got exactly the visa type I requested, for exactly as long as I requested, each time. Why is this so incredible? For a Chinese visa, if ANYTHING is wrong or missing in your visa application, all the money you spent on the process goes down the drain. No appeals, no chance to change or add anything -- just a rejection, and you have to try all over again. But Just In was PHENOMENAL with advising me as to which visa type would be most appropriate for my needs and which supporting documents would be needed for my situation, as well as clarifying anything I found confusing in the application form. They were patient and thorough, no matter how many times I called. Once, they even caught an error on my behalf: something was incorrect on one of the pages of my official application form. Instead of them submitting my improperly filled-out application, me getting rejected, and then having to pay them (and the Chinese consulate) all over again for a re-try, Just In very carefully reviewed my application packet upon receipt, called me as soon as they noticed the problem, and instructed me in what to send before they would submit it for review. A business of less integrity might have figured, "Oh, well, more money for us, since she'll have to reapply" -- but Just In isn't like that. They genuinely care whether you get the documents you need, and they are meticulous about their work. Furthermore, they've even returned to me any passport photos that hadn't been used. Where else would someone take the care to safeguard superfluous extras like this and return them to the client once the passport came back from the consulate? I notice a previous commenter said they found unexpected charges on their card. In my experience, Just In has only ever charged me for services I have used, plain and simple. I do remember underestimating, the first time I applied, how much the service would cost me, so I was surprised when I got my bill; however, that had to do with the fact that I had not carefully read the information on the order form pertaining to express processing. When I re-read the cost sheet, everything had, indeed, been perfectly clear from the start. If you have questions about what your bill might come out to, call the office ahead of time. They'll be honest with you. The bottom line is, if not for Just In, many applicants would have to go in person to their respective consulates, which can waste a lot of time and money if you don't have all the paperwork you need, can't take the time off work, don't have a car, etc. Their service is irreplaceable. They are true professionals. I recommend Just In to anyone, would absolutely go through them again myself, and am always disappointed when a friend who needs a document services lives outside of the New York area, because they are truly missing out. I have to thank Joie ( or Joey) and her partner at Justin Documents for coming through for me, in spite of a hiccup. Somethings when things dont go exactly as planned and there is a hiccup, which was due to the Passport service,(Not Justin Docs ) not shipping to the right address, you really see what the service is made of, and I could not of been more pleased. Their acton to the issue that occured, showed me thier higher standard. One of my children thought her passport was up to date, and it wasnt. Found out 9 days before our trip . The only in person appt I could get was in New Hampshire, 5 hours away ( in winter ). I called a number of services, and Joie , you could tell was on top of things, responsive, and even less expensive then other services. I told her my situation and she said, ok , lets do this today, not tomorrow. She stayed on the phone with us, while I went on the computer, and filled out the form. Then had me email it to her, and other documents, to make sure it was all correct. She then asked her partner to stay in the office for an extra couple of hours til we could get there to hand in the documents, and he did. The follow up was good, and I was able to track it all on line. Thursday came, she checked in with me, as not yet recieved. Fri morning, I got the call, they sent it , most likely to the wrong zip code. It is almost impossible to get a same day appt, but she was on the phone and emailing them multiple times, til they gave the appointment for a lost passport and instead of New Hampshire this was 30 minutes away in CT. The only down side, is they would not let them pick it up, ( they were there at that point) so we had to go, and we did, and within 3 hours had Passport in hand. So I guess my point , is, it is great when all goes well, but somethings are beyond the services control. However, they helped me resolve it , got us in doors which we would of never been able to do , and just really really cared. Where do I begin? I realized that I lost my passport on 12/22 and our flight out of the US was booked for 1/6. I called around several places and finally found Justin Document Service. No other place would help me because of the holidays. From start to finish it was simple. I paid the extra money for the pre-check service (and good thing I did because I was missing information in my packet and would have screwed myself) and it was well worth it. My passport was sent out and I received it back 2 business days later. They are honest and told me I didn't need to pay extra for the super rush service because I had enough time (and they were right) with their expedited service. Writing this from Aruba. Realized my passport was expired 12 hours before I was supposed to fly. Was recommended to call Justin Documents by my travel agent. She said There is no way I would fly the next morning(Friday), maybe by Tuesday. I called at 9 pm in a panic.
