They came out and measured my windows and while they was here I decided to have a couple of extra windows done. It was not a problem. I received a new quote and was informed when the blinds would be ready for installation. They came out and installed the blinds. They were very friendly and made me feel I was the most important customer. The installation was completed in the time they said it would be. There were absolutely no problems and everything was done as described. This is a great company to work with - It is hard to find companies that provide the level of service AAA Blinds provided. When John was at our house showing us samples of one set of blinds, he called Heather and she zipped right over with another set we wanted to look at. Because of our dithering, we didn't get our order in until very near our move date, and as a result our delivery wasn't until a couple of days after we moved in, but no worries, John gave us temporary blinds for our bedroom so we could have some privacy. When it came time to the install, John did a great job, paying attention to every detail. I had an upcoming day off from work and she was able to work with our schedule to come on that day. She came to our house, took measurements, informed us of the options, listened to our preferences, and we quickly selected the options we wanted (white cordless faux wood blinds with wand tilt). The consult was quick and afterwards Nancy emailed us the invoice. Before making a final decision, we compared their price with similar companies and wholesale websites. We were pleasantly surprised that the blinds were cheaper to purchase through Midtown Shade and Shutter. Plus installation was included and inexpensive.
