I got home put the screw in and opened the door. everything flew apart, I called them and told them I want my money back or fix it right. they told me the only way they can fix it is to put their $500 spring system in. I asked them why is my spring system on 100's of thousands of doors that work fine but mine needs their system to work properly. needless to say they had no answer.
