It is now 2021 and I can say without a doubt I am still in love with the products they sold us. Within the last two months the door opener head started to malfunction. We troubleshooted this ourselves first and that didn't work. We had one of their service techs out and he also tried to fix it with no luck. While here he checked the service of the two doors, tracks, springs, and hinges even though that wasn't the issue. When he left both doors were completely serviced. While dealing with a warranty issue they stepped up 100% and helped assist with the manufactures requests. Totally happy with the follow up service and help I received.
