(Air didn't work, they owned and drove it several thousand miles). I had it in their service department over 10 times in the span of a year and they either couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem. Vehicles were overpriced and service was unfortunate. They were all very nice though, which I would expect for the amount of money they took from me. Dumped the car and will never do business with these clowns again.

My bill came to $119. Great experience! I'll be back.

This was the first and last time I take any of my cars to Best One. Bait & Switch !…read more I called Best One to see if they could do an alignment on my on my '08 Range Rover. They said yes, I was quoted $80, and the person on the phone looked up the model and told me it had electronic steering but that wouldn't affect the cost. When the alignment was completed, I was told the bill was $120. 50% MORE THAN THE QUOTE! When I said I was quoted $80, he said my vehicle has electronic steering so that's more. When I said "you guys knew that when you quoted me a price", he said "'well '08 was a transition year" and not all had that steering. That's simply not true (they obviously don't know Land Rover/Range Rover), as all '08 Range Rovers have the same steering system......... and the electronics only affect how easy it is to turn the wheel at different speeds. It has nothing to do with setting the alignment which is purely a mechanical function. Beware of Best One's business practices.

I used to come here for the UPS drop off, but unfortunately they don't do it anymore…read more Recently I was advised (and shown) by Jiffy Lube that our car really needed coolant as well as a new coolant cap, so I headed over here. There were three employees on premises. I told female #1 of 2 what I needed and also asked if they could fill the reservoir and replace the cap for me. She asked the male employee and the answer was no, which was a bit irksome as I recall other auto parts stores helping with stuff like that. Female #1 kept insisting that I wanted a radiator cap and that "coolant cap" was another name for it. Now I don't know a whole lot of auto mechanics and I don't work at an auto parts store but I knew she was wrong. Eventually she found the correct item in their computer inventory and sent female #2 to go get it; who returned to advise it was not on the specified shelf. The two of them discussed where else the item might have been put. It was found after a few minutes and they seemed more annoyed at having to look for something than regretful at keeping a customer waiting. (The male employee had disappeared by this time.) She did a good job showing me the available brands/prices for antifreeze. They have a good parking lot with two entrances, including handicap parking and access. There are so many auto parts stores around I doubt I will return to this one.
