Joel responded to emails and questions and revisions quickly and professionally. The final product is stunning. I'm very impressed with the brochure he created. It does exactly what we need it to do. It gets attention and motivates potential clients to get in touch with us. And everyone comments on how beautiful the brochure looks. I couldn't be happier with their work. And as far as cost goes, they should be charging way more for the quality of work they do. George Ellenburg Glass Donor Plaques

The ladies I worked with (Sarah, Susan, and Meredith) were great. They immediately pulled many many sample books for me, coordinated pick up, and even helped load my car. They were so helpful to me, just imagine if I were actually paying them! Also, their office is lovely, located by Parkside, and they have some parking spaces if you're visiting so you don't have to fight downtown parking hoopla. What a lovely group of people!

I lived in Unit 404A, and my experience was an absolute nightmare. We had a major toilet backup…read morethat caused a flood in the apartment -- a situation we did not cause. The cleanup was done poorly and unprofessionally, and a friend of mine who helped clean ended up getting a staph infection. That alone should tell you something about how seriously maintenance takes sanitation. After the flood, my couch developed mold underneath, and I had to throw it out. The complex offered zero assistance or compensation. Shortly after that, I discovered we had mold in the vents, which was completely brushed off by management. My son and I were constantly sick while living there. Sinus infections, congestion, headaches -- nonstop. Now that we've been out for over a month, our health has drastically improved. No more issues. That alone confirms how toxic that living environment was. Let's not forget the train -- something they definitely downplay. It is insanely loud, especially late at night. If you're a light sleeper, or even just value peace and quiet, this place is not for you. To be fair, the current leasing manager, Deisy, does seem to genuinely care and tries her best. But there's only so much one person can do when they're stuck managing a property that's falling apart and owned by people who clearly don't prioritize residents' health or safety. When I tried to escalate my issues to the regional manager, Kim Keaton, she completely ignored me. I finally had to go through the company's main line just to get someone to acknowledge my concerns. Bottom line: this place is unsafe, unsanitary, and mismanaged. Don't be fooled by the tours or surface-level amenities. The real problems become clear once you move in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone -- not even short term
