Not only was she incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, but she was also a pleasure to work with--always kind, approachable, and available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

My experience with Onnit Realty was horrible. We started with AJ, who left the company, and…read morereceived Nate as our replacement. Nate is the only reason why I am leaving a one star review, so if you get a different realtor you may have a different experience. From the outset Nate was indifferent to our needs and seemed only interested in selling a house. When we tried to get him to negotiate on our behalf he would reply with some excuse as to why he couldn't. In all honesty I have no faith that he actually reached out to the builder. When we viewed homes it was clear Nate did not do any research as he knew nothing about the house or the builder. The final straw is when I informed Nate that another builder was able to work with us on certain aspects of the home buying process. His answer was rude and unprofessional, telling us to go with them then. We ultimately decided to go with the other builder, DRB homes, because we got everything we wanted at the price we wanted and were treated with respect and dignity.

Then they will sit on your house for months, just hoping someone will want to go look at it, with no real sales skills. The house did have walk-throughs, but then they would never go sweep a floor or dust anything down. Even making you aware that the home was getting unappealing was too much for them. The yard had gotten out of control, and it wasn't until I had inquired about it that they suggested having the yard mowed and trimmed up. When I had asked how things were going, it was an excuse after excuse on how it's my problem, the house isn't selling. Right off the bat, too, they never listed the brand new features with the home, and never emphasized the selling point of the home. Their answer to everything was "keep dropping the price". this was so pathetic. I believe these people are a self-licking ice cream cone while your house is rotting out on the market.

But Maddie was there to hold our hands the whole way through! From facetiming us as she walked through the neighborhoods to the very detailed video walk-throughs, where she pointed out just about everything that the inspection report noticed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes her time to make sure that we understood all the paperwork and we were never left guessing as to what came next. She was on her A game the whole time, including getting as a $3,000 credit post-inspection after the seller had said they would not be making any concessions, I still don't know how she pulled that one off, but we absolutely look forward to buying our next investment home with her and The Welcome Home Team soon! A special shoutout to Kaitlin as well! When Hurricane Idalia looked like it was going to take a turn right for us, she got everything together to make sure we were able to do a mail-away closing 2 days early with almost no notice.

They NEVER asked me what date I wanted. Oh no! The manager said she looked at the OLD application and decided for me by adding a month from when I said in the old application of Nov 5 and made the lease without my awareness of reference to Dec 5. That's how much they don't care who they screw over for a sale What callousness to not consider the other party's landlord notice. AND THEY MANAGE PROPERTIES? No 30 or 60 day notice. I hope landlords read this review on this company and run. They charge you for the SAME THING iland even threatened me with court. FYI, on the 6th they issued an eviction warning and I didn't live there yet. Only a buyout could help this company. Slicksters caught me in a trap. Almost. Because they do adamantly tried to suggest notification of moving was not received, it was according to the new technology of electronic receipts. With them the customer is ALWAYS wrong but when it becomes a pattern as it was my second go, it's the company. They didn't even know the price THEY listed it for. Since included in the lease was notification whether written or verbal having precedence, it's Andale Andale like speedy Gonzales for me. Shame, it was a nice little house too. Spoiled by bullying tactics. Anyone knows if inference of vacating a property without notice as the lease suggest is punishable under l the rule book since I was the only one trying to observe the rule by refusing to comply with this egregious demand. So take me to legally binding court where I can countersue. But don't dare tread on me. Yes I am, though not this branch, Tungsten strong military.

Ultimately, told to provide receipts to be reimbursed $150 towards next month's rent. On December 1st, this month's rent was subtracted efficiently. Still no heat. Who wants to unpack in the cold? Already, Thanksgiving was horrible. No heat. How can someone own a house and not ensure it is livable? Next, like a child who must be monitored to ensure that an adult's change is returned, told to provide receipts for the cost of purchasing heaters to be credited to next month's rent. As of November 26th, for $2827.73 plus moving expenses, I am now feeling as if this was not such a good decision to rent with Brown Property Group to provide a livable residence for an elderly, Disabled US Army Veteran. We are expecting snow in the days ahead, and old bones are already freezing at the very thought.

It sad to see the same issues persisting from years ago but it's somewhat of a relief knowing I am not alone in my experience with this agency. Hopefully this site is more frequently viewed and considered to help people avoid investing any of their time and resources into these rentals and experiencing the conditions they provide. Please do not be fooled by the low prices, you will truly get what you pay for. My experience with this company has been a nightmare. Major issues and damages will go unaddressed and the staff and management are completely ill equipped to handle the responsibility. So we fell a little short! But let me tell you something! We have been renters for 20 years and HAVE NEVER been discriminated against because of our credit and not only that, we have never paid our rent late not once you could call everyone on our rental history. There's never been one month payment late ever.!!!!! So if you don't mind being discriminated against and belittled you can do business with them! As for us and my military pride we will pass on there terrible treatment to us. Have a good day!

From 30,000 feet all looks fine but I have noticed several things especially once I started renovating. Let me start with the outside. Absolutely terrible soil if you can call it that. I have never seen so many rocks. The front yard was sod but they did not do a good job with grading and smoothing out. The water boxes looked like a child installed them. Had a leak there and discovered the threads were not coated and not tight. simple right but I guess not when you're an idiot. The slab is mostly ok but not a good job making the edges smooth. This makes landscaping difficult. I honestly think they had no clue about drainage. I have had to completely regrade the yard so water doesn't flow towards the house. Okay now for the inside. I took out all of the carpet and cheap ass linoleum plus all of the cheap trim. I will say the caulk guy was good and he had to be. The trim guy was probably also fresh out of middle school. Around the doors you could park a car. They have no idea how to frame in a door. The trim could barely cover it. Absolutely embarrassing. While flooring I found a huge hole in the concrete. Simple fix...they covered it with masking tape (insert sarcasm). Added some ceiling fans and got to see the electrical work. Probably a classmate of the other middle schoolers. The wires are just going everywhere with no plan. One of the rooms had a ceiling fan box not attached. The others had standard boxes. Why?? Just spend the extra few dollars and make them all ceiling fa ready. Lots of 3 way switched 3 feet apart. Again why?? Let's see what else.. outside water spigots. One side is good the other side low pressure. The ceiling is wavy...wtf. Okay I've rambled quite a lot. I just needed to get some of the things out. I hope someone reads this and makes a different builder decision. These guys suck. I don't know how they can even sleep at night knowing they suck at their job. Anyway I hope this saves someone in the future.
