There was no walk through of the property with anyone when I moved in. I took pictures of the issues. When I moved out, they charged me with the same issues I reported when I moved in. The house was not clean and the yard was not maintained on move in, but they wanted me to hire professionals to come in and do it upon move out. Currently in dispute with this company. I explained that I wanted to extend for 6 months, and was signed up for 12 months. I showed the emails, but they still charged me as if I had broken a lease. My rent was on time the entirety of the time I lived there, and the property kept in excellent condition, but this situation has put a black mark on my rental history. read more

Has anybody ever heard of a lease signed the same day as move in? That's what they tried shoving down my throat after being decevied since I knew that it is against housing laws not to give proper notice, when I signed that lease it was with the assumption of Jan and not the SAME DAY Then came the strongarm tactics that made my head hurt. They NEVER asked me what date I wanted. Oh no! The manager said she looked at the OLD application and decided for me by adding a month from when I said in the old application of Nov 5 and made the lease without my awareness of reference to Dec 5. That's how much they don't care who they screw over for a sale What callousness to not consider the other party's landlord notice. AND THEY MANAGE PROPERTIES? No 30 or 60 day notice. I hope landlords read this review on this company and run. They charge you for the SAME THING iland even threatened me with court. FYI, on the 6th they issued an eviction warning and I didn't live there yet. Only a buyout could help this company. Slicksters caught me in a trap. Almost. Because they do adamantly tried to suggest notification of moving was not received, it was according to the new technology of electronic receipts. With them the customer is ALWAYS wrong but when it becomes a pattern as it was my second go, it's the company. They didn't even know the price THEY listed it for. Since included in the lease was notification whether written or verbal having precedence, it's Andale Andale like speedy Gonzales for me. Shame, it was a nice little house too. This company deserves no stars. They try to take every dollar from you pocket and claim its in the lease contract. First after living there for more than 4 months I was charged an extra $25 monthly which I had to pay the balance then monthly after" to use their website to pay my rent and filter for the air conditioner" when aked about it they claim its is in a tenant hand book which was not given to me until I asked what the extra money was for. The first filter was mail to me and I received about 3 after that in the 30 months. Now it the security deposit which I have no control over because they already have your money. I had my two teenager kids living there and when we left the house had no damage except for the normal wear and tear of living. I believe they just could not believe that there was nothing major to charge for so they had to find something to take my money. Every inspection I was told I don't have to paint the wall and now I'm being charged especially after living there so long. They told me I had oils on the walls in two of the bedrooms based on the pictures send it was just a small on one of the wall that look discolored. They charged me $800 out of my deposit to paint the walls plus another $100 re- keying. I know finding houses must go through an agency but please be aware because when they have your money for the deposit they don't want to give it all back to you and there is nothing you can do especially if you don't want to affect your credit which is not fair to you. I never give a review on any lease agency before but this is my money that was taken by these people and it is not fair. So I am showing the damage that was said done and the amount of money that was taken. Someone will read and beware of this company. read more

Absolutely the worst company to rent through. Horrible to get in contact with, always having extra fees for them to get extra money in their pocket. We only wanted a 6 month lease and they signed us on for a whole year without letting us know. They don't even follow their own lease agreement. They make it difficult to even pay rent, will only let us get a money order won't let us pay on the portal (I had to call multiple times to get through while we were out of town trying to pay our rent). They aren't understanding or accommodating. I'm devastated that we're trapped with this company for the next 8 months... read more

There were issues with shoddy repairs, poor tenant selection, non-existent paperwork, etc. She's had to sort through that mess, and done an admirable job. If there was a zero star rating, Nest Managers Real Estate would get that. When we first moved in within a month we had a massive leak on the property, the gentleman that came to repair it said it could not have been caused by us, and our water bill was $600. Our normal water bill is between 120-170. The company was not willing to pay for the bill although the property was clearly in a not so good state for a leak to happen. The property manager Kelly Blake is absolutely the worst and if we knew more by name they would be named too. There is just no communication between employees. And for some reason whenever we call our property manager just happens to be out of the office in the field, very ironic. What company has a policy that says they cannot talk on the phone but does not provide the policy? And yet the line is recorded for a "paper trail." When it comes to terminating a lease early this company has a terrible communication process. If you ever decide to rent and there is property rentable through this company, DO NOT DO IT. read more

Unprofessional. We basically paid $80 to be flat out ignored by this realty agency. Our application was submitted with in hours of the rental home being listed and before it was even viewed. We then were the first couple to attend the open house, sent a follow up email, and a follow up voice mail a couple days later and received NO REPLY. No explanation, no courtesy of "thank you so much for your interest but the home is no longer available." What a waste of our time and money read more
